Magnesium supplements helped me with general malaise, and then I started working out at the gym lifting wrights and I feel like I'm back to my healthy self. Over the course of 6 months. Started going to the gym the last 2 months 3-4 times a week.
I also put steak in the air fryer almost every day now. Really working wonders.
I recommend making chimichurri, easy to make a lot of, it's cheap, and it's way healthier an tangier than A1 sauce.

The path forward is not nostalgia for a lost past, but deliberate cultivation of personal honor, family strength, and community self-reliance. When enough individuals become trustworthy, dependence on distant rulers becomes unnecessary and unnatural. The American experiment succeeds only when free men, accountable first to God and then to one another, choose to live independently together. Anything less invites collapse.
