I'm still wrestling on going to the doctor because it seems to come and go randomly; I am worried that if I go, they're just going to diagnose me with anxiety and not help me.
I don't have any really bad habits, besides a cup of coffee every other day. It feels like a chest tightness, and this only started showing up when I turned around in my faith recently.
I've been trying to manage stress in general, because I'm being persecuted at work as well and I have a lot of weight to carry. Last night, we were watching a show and relaxing, and I was not thinking about anything that stressed me out, and then it randomly showed up again. I am 27 years old, and I have never taken the vaccine. We have a two year old, and I'm working on losing weight, so that maybe this recent chest pain problem will go away. I need to be here for my husband and child, and my other family. They are counting on me.
I'm realizing that I need help and encouragement right now, because it feels like I'm being spiritually oppressed and I am being tested.
I had requested a prayer for my dad and he is better, and because of your help, the wound almost completely reversed overnight. So in case you think your prayers don't help, they do, and that is proof.
I am meant to spread word of the great awakening, and that is what I feel is my job as God's servant. I have a voice that I want to keep using, to help other people come back to the faith and the fight for the freedoms we still have. Knowledge is power.
I prayed the Lord's prayer for strength and I prayed for my family members, and anyone else I could think of, just in case I didn't wake up today. I'm grateful to be awake again and to have another chance to do God's will. I got really scared last night, so thanks guys for being awesome.
You should go to the doctor. I had a similar thing happen around that age. The doctor did an ekg and said all was normal. I mentioned it to a coworker and he asked if I drink milk. I said I had stopped recently. He said something about magnesium iirc, in milk helps. I had a glass of milk and literally the pain went away a day later. My point isn't that milk is your answer. But see a doctor and be sure it's nothing to worry about. Then ask the doctor what could cause it (Prayers sent too) edit: I just remembered a very stressful time in my life just a few years prior to that. I had become a single father of a 1 and 3 year old. And I started having those chest pains. I remember handwriting a will and putting it in my bureau. Later, I was talking to my sister (a nurse) and she said, 'sounds like a panic attack'. I was like what? me? But, you never know how your body reacts to that internal stress of life. I ended up destressing by running and walking in my free time. It helped. Everyone is different. But get checked to make sure it is nothing serious.
I agree, see a doctor, he will preform different test and remove all doubt from your mind. Like anxiety could be the culprit. It plays all kinds of tricks in your mind. The more you worry the worse it gets.........πππ
the heart loves magnesium. Get a bottle of it (it's cheap) and take a dose every day while waiting to see a doctor. I take 400mg nearly every day. Best to see a doctor soon! Most people with heart attacks or chest pains prior to heart attacks are in denial that it is their heart. Don't put it off.
Magnesium supplements helped me with general malaise, and then I started working out at the gym lifting wrights and I feel like I'm back to my healthy self. Over the course of 6 months. Started going to the gym the last 2 months 3-4 times a week.
I also put steak in the air fryer almost every day now. Really working wonders.
I recommend making chimichurri, easy to make a lot of, it's cheap, and it's way healthier an tangier than A1 sauce.
Stress can wreak havoc on your health. Getting the weight down is a good start, but learning how to truly relax and reduce your stress is most important. Anxiety attacks feel like you are having a cardiac event, shortness of breath, nervousness, tightness in chest. Women having an MI don't usually present with chest pain, their complaints are usually more vague. You may want to have a gallbladder Ultrasound, painless procedure and your gallbladder can mimic cardiac symptoms. I will pray for you.

Might help to keep a journal log of when the episode happens and what youre eating on a daily basis. About 3 months after I had my gallbladder removed, I started having episodes where I thought I was having a heart attack. Turns out it was things I was eating. Your body doesn't digest foods the same way once gallbladder is gone. Also had massive mineral deficiencies. Go to the doctor and see what they have to say and have them draw labs. Tudca and digestive enzymes as well as high quality vitamins made me feel normal again.
Good advice, be mindful of what you are eating, our food supply in this country is greatly contaminated. And after gall bladder surgery each person is affected differently, some can't tolerate sweets, others lettuce cause problems.

Of course you gave up your gall bladder to relieve horrible pain! You are not alone in that medical decision. But you still cannot eliminate the gall bladder effect from your present symptoms, b/c then the bile secretions etc. are not regulated by the gall bladder as intended, but flow uninterrupted from the liver. Some people who had gall bladder removed can no longer tolerate eating meat. I had chest pains from the gallbladder! Imagine that the unrestrained liver.

That's actually an interesting thought process. Because it doesn't just magically go away with all my problems. I had gallstones, so I didn't have a choice. I saw that you commented about thyroid controlling the gallbladder, and I actually had a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. I wonder if those two were linked. I stopped taking the medication because I was pregnant at the time that I was diagnosed and then I lost my gallbladder a year after having my daughter. Don't want my daughter to be affected by the thyroid medication.So I would rather take the hit than to have her suffer. So she is healthy but I haven't fully recovered, I don't think lol
Yes the thyroid is linked to the gall bladder! I am so sorry you had gallstones because they will take it out for that. I was lucky because it was not gall stones so I explored other options. So I still get PAINFUL gall bladder attacks sometimes, and those symptoms are similar to afib! Chest pain, painful, up the sides of the chest, painful, to the jaw, painful! Who knows! Gall bladder? Heart?
BUT get your thyroid treated. I used to use the bovine thyroid, but it became a pain to going to the compounding pharmacy all the time for refills. My VA doc has me on a synthetic which has been working well as far as I can tell! As I said he bumped it up b/c of the gall bladder! If you have hypothyroidism you NEED to get that treated!

Iodine time?
I use the liquid on my skin but I keep forgetting to use it.
How do you apply Iodine to the skin? I tried using a small cotton ball but the cotton ball absorbed all of it up, leaving little to spread on the skin.
Then I squeezed out a few drops directly on the site and rubbed it around with my fingers but it looked like my fingers absorbed most of the Iodine as my fingers were very dark while the skin site was light in color.
I've read online people say they "paint" their skin with Iodine, DMSO, etc but I'm trying to find out how they "paint" it and with what?
If you have hypothyroid then you need to take the thyroid medication. That can definitely affect your heart, because it needs energy. Maybe also add an iodine supplement. It shouldn't harm the baby, because your body is getting what it needs to function properly. Dr Ken Berry recently had a couple shows talking about thyroid, I watched them on Rumble. Might want to watch them.
Gallbladder. Parasites.
Army lady was just saying that you can have gallbladder effects. Even after removal. I do have ivermectin and fenbendazole, so I will also do that.
Moxidectin once a month. Long lasting. Gets into organs.
Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Dont forget to schedule a little selfcare into your week, even if getting out for a 20 min walk at the park a couple times a week. Practising mindfulness in nature might even help to ease your stress and anxiety.

Many years ago my doctor gave me Xanax for emergencies. I only take one half when it overwhelms me. Then months go buy before I need another one.
There is an organic form called RefiCalm that is all herbs. It works pretty good.
I had to learn to reset when I feel anxiety coming.
I also started reading The Bible years ago. That helped me. Also meditation helped. I never did that before I just went online and learned. For one year I did the App Calm.

Have you looked into SAMe? It supposedly does the same as anxiety and depression medications do, except it's natural and is actually powerful than anxiety/depression meds. Matter of fact, even on the bottle itself, it said to not mix SAMe with the anxiety/depression meds, or there will be a lot of side effects and to be off the meds for a while before taking SAMe.

Epsom salt baths are a great source of Mg.
You can absorb a lot of Mg from a 10-15 minute bath with a cup of Epsom salts added. If you start feeling "flushed" before the time is up you have enough and should get out.
Adding Mg and removing caffeine basically fixed my heart palpitations and chest/side stitches. It's calming mentally and physically.
Iodine is a big one too. I paint tincture of iodine on my skin or take SSKI, depending on how much I want. People who use non-iodized salt (sea salt) are often deficient in iodine as a result. Most everyone in the west is chronically deficient in Mg, Iodine and boron. Ymmv.
I also adjust the mix in my salt grinder to be about 25% "No Salt", aka, potassium chloride. Careful adding potassium salt to your life tho. Can be a problem if people with certain conditions but most people can benefit greatly. Tastes the same to me.
Can I add borax to something? Because I know that that helps with calcium absorption. I don't have any conditions that prevent me from taking potassium.So that actually might help. I just bought epsom salt yesterday so I think that will help too. I think I'm going to do the iodine painting as well. Because we have some in our medicine cabinet.

Some people will add a teaspoon of borax to a liter of water and dissolve it well, then take a tablespoon of that master solution every day, usually add it to water/juice so you don't taste it.
I put the powder in the bath with my Epsom salts. 1/4 cup-ish.
I had a rash I treated with it. I dissolved 1/4 teaspoon (1/8 tsp for women) of borax in a liter of water then drank it throughout the day; a cup in the morning, lunch, dinner, bedtime. 5 days on, 2 days off. Worked like a charm.

I have become a big fan of the electrolyle drinks. But only certain ones. I mix some myself with Redmond's real salt , pottasium and magnesium. Some people add citric acid but that can be an irritant to your bladder.
i like the Flav City electrolyte mixes.
I only use filtered water. And then cool it in the refrigertor. If you've read about "structured water" this cooling process accomplishes that too.
I also take magnesium theronate and taurate. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS DROPPED from taking a magnesium supplement. And I now know several other people who had high blood pressure and or a variety of heart arithmias that have solved those problems by simply taking a good magnesium supplement. The brand and type is importatnt. Doctors tend to prescribe magnesium supplements that do not help with cardio health.
I take magnesium glycinate but I see you said theronate really helped you with your HBP. I like magnesium glycinate cuz it's easier on the stomach as opposed to oxide,and it gets absorbed easily. I also use it to treat my HBP but I'm not seeing any difference.
You said brand is important so which brand are you using for theronate? I use NOW vitamins for the glycinate.
Magnesium Taurate is the one that helps most with HBP. Theronate is excellent also.
When it really matters I buy vitamins by Mercola. I like PURE also. There are a lot of good ones out there but I have seen a lot of doubt cast on certain batches of certain brands.

I had chest pains for a few weeks... It's "unnerving"...It can make you think the worst.
I'd get painful "zaps" shooting form the left part of my chest to my heart...
It turned out to be the nerve to my heart was "aggravated" and was fixed nutritionally...
This was determined via a "healthcare professional" that used applied kinesiology diagnostics to make the determination. After 2 days if taking the nutes, the pain was gone, never to return.

My first experience with chest pains was actually gall bladder attack. The pains went up through the chest and jaw. But mostly on the right side of the chest. VERY PAINFUL! When I went to the ER and they said gall bladder, the pain was so severe, I was about ready to say just take it out! BUT the images showed it was not gall stones. So then it had to be the gall sphincter. So I researched and found out that the thyroid controls the gall bladder. So based on MY research! my doc agreed to up my thyroid med, and I learned how to massage the gall bladder and to use supplements and diet to control it. I still get attacks sometimes, esp when on the computer and leaning forward which puts pressure on the gall bladder!
SO I also have afib, which is more a crushing pain in the center of the chest. Afib can also be managed. I have to take my meds and BREATHE deeply, not shallowly, with essential oils. I have to put my mind into where I am safe, and turn it over to the Lord, but still do my part with disciplined breathing! It is not easy. But EVENTUALLY it works, even after some hours.

I don't want to frighten you, but you need to rule out the possibility of any undiagnosed congenital heart problems. I wouldn't suggest this except I once knew someone who passed quite young from that condition.
And it could be something simple too. The point is that you have the opportunity to take charge of your health.
My personal experience - was having chest pain a few years ago, went to ER, had to stay in the hospital for observation - turns out is was a rib bone out of alignment. I actually just had the same pain a couple nights ago, did some maneuvers to relieve my chest, and it went a way
Quit coffee and energy drinks. Quit sugar. Quit alcohol. Get up from the couch, turn off the TV and go exercise, take a walk. Quit social media. Drink water. I can pray but you have to take your cross. Eat fruits and veggies. Quit corn syrup and gmo food, msg. Soy oil. Quit bread and pasta also. Follow God not money.
This is the wake up call I needed, because I do at least fifty percent of this. Thanks.

My brother had a double bypass. I didnβt have symptoms but wanted to be checked. Stress test is walking on treadmill. At least do that. Turns out I also need a bypass, I got one and every day I thank the Lord for saving me. Do it, the choice is yours. Do it for your family. Think of them. You can do it. Others did.

Hoping you drink decaf. I thought I was having a 5 year heart attack from my coffee addiction. After stopping for years now, I can say I definitely think my body can no longer tolerate any caffeine. At all. If I even have one cup in the morning, by 7pm my body is just on edge and overload.
I'm considering switching to decaf because I think i'm sensitive to caffeine.But my daughter doesn't let me sleep through the night a lot, so honestly I use a crutch.

Fren, get your health checked out. If they say its nothing, the look into what you are eating. My wife was getting chest pains for a bit but it turned out to be a gastric issue and nothing heart or stress related.
Also regarding stress: it's an odd thing tbh. People who worry stress is going to cut their life short live shorter lives, but those who don't worry as much about stress and focus on helping others actually live long than people without stress. It's kind of like a self fulfilling prophesy in a way. So, don't sweat the small stuff and make sure you take care of your fam, fren.
I always wondered about that paradox because i'm an overthinker by nature and I can't think about what's going on with myself, because I spiral. And then people say, do this thing, or do that thing to manage stress?And i'm thinking, well, isn't it an appropriate reaction to what you're dealing with, if you're stressed out? I can't just ignore what's going on, so i'm trying to eliminate what the stress is coming from. And in this case, i'm praying for strength and wisdom, because there's clearly something i'm missing. I think modern therapy exists to take God out the equation, and turn your thoughts and feelings as secular as possible. Because they never approach what happens when you're having a crisis on your conscience, they tell you to ignore it. Your conscience should bother you when you're doing things wrong.
Dear Lord, Thank you for caring for us. Help us to keep our eyes on you, being attentive to the Holy Spirit, being willing to be shaped and led by you, and experiencing comfort, healing, and joy as we prioritize you. You don't even have to go to the doc. Go to your local fire station and ask for a blood pressure check. Then see if they'll do an EKG for you, almost certainly they will. They will likely encourage you to go to the doc of course, regardless.
Also women usually present with heart problems in weird ways that don't feel like the heart, I would look at indigestion or other stomach issues too.

FWIW 20 years ago I was in my 20s, anxious and overweight as well. I'd get the occasional pain like that too. Back then, I listened to Dr. Drew's Loveline program and it came up occasionally. I'm not 100% sure, but I think they said it's often "angina" and claimed it was a harmless anxious disorder. I googled angina now, and there's a lot of talk about plaque build up etc; we know how they've twisted definitions for money and control...
Point is, at your age, if you had a work up and the doctors are telling you it's anxiety, I'd listen.

I've always believed, but I never really understood my faith until recently. I started listening to Christian podcasts and actually reading the Bible every single day now and now my atheist friends are hammering me with questions; I always make sure I don't bring up anything I can't answer to. No amount of proof will ever convert somebody who is militantly anti God or Jesus, but we have to be ready to defend our positions when it comes up. I figured it's not my job to push our beliefs onto everybody else. But to show the example of like, hey, this could be your life, If you believed, and look at how much more you can do with power of God as your armor. It brings me great joy to be able to share the good news and the things that I actually learned and can verify, but I am noticing that a lot of bad stuff has happened within the last month that I can't explain in any other way. I am getting stressed out. But I also unload onto Jesus every day, so that i'm not worrying and playing into Satan's hands. I do appreciate you calling me out, bc the truth sets us free. Accountability also matters. I do wrestle with it every day, but everyone's mileage varies

As far as the getting hammered with questions, I went through that too, lol, but I was new to my faith and didn't feel I, personally, was giving the answers God would have liked. Sounds like your situation is different, but it also sounds like you're leaning on the Lord, which is the best one can do.
If it matters, people of faith often said to me, "The Lord only gives challenges He knows we are capable of handling", and it's true! This month He's challenging you. Next month you'll be so much stronger! I am a work from home dad / homeschooler and the challenge of raising the child has, after 7 years (π ) alleviated my anxiety and given me a saint's patience. I pray the same for you!
I do want to emphasize that, from my memory, those chest pains at that age are not uncommon and more often than not not serious. Again, do a work up, but don't fret.

What exactly qualifies a doctor to diagnose "anxiety" when they've only met you once for a few minutes?
Most psychologists can diagnose anxiety within 2 to 4 sessions. Their first 1 or 2 sessions are intake, history gathering, and looking at symptoms. A psychologist wouldn't even consider diagnosing "anxiety" until at earliest end of the 2nd session, but most often by the 3rd session.
A medical doctor who maybe had 2 or 3 psychology courses in college can diagnose someone within 5 minutes?
