Go and start substitute teaching, good entry level position, and in dire need in most places. You will see for yourselves how bad it is, this a good place for people to start. I have been substituting for several months and recently went back to college to add a teaching certificate to my bachelors degree in film. I'm leaving my career and going to try and make a difference in the classroom and make my way up the system.

I agree that's what it looks like so far to me, very pro President Trump, could be White hats. As far as I understood the images posted on dvids were by people like me to be downloaded a-la-carte with your account. The image was then able to be used by the person for whatever as long as photo - video credit was given. Given that was about 10 years ago may be different. The watermarks are just like the History channel which uses archived Com Cam footage from the wars. Seems like they are fine to use it as long as they are giving credit to source.
Thank you for the trust and advice. I didn't pay attention to the George information previously because it was said that JFK jr was not alive so I just ignored it. And I'm new. I just had to speak up when I saw all the dividshubs info. I just wanted to put out the info about them as I currently understand it. I don't know what to think about much of anything nowadays. I'm not sure what to think about George but I do hope they are not ripping people off.
I 100 percent was com cam. I don't know much about George news other than it's references from here and X-22. I can start checking it out and give an opinion. I know the images summited to dividshub are authentic in that they are taken by the military. A bias or spin may be placed on the imagery how they are captioned by George and when they are released. Add* Public affairs being the releasing authority may have an agenda also the releasing authority of dividshub could too. I guess I can at the moment really attest is that as the documentarian my goal was to get as many well composed and meaningful images but even I place a bias in what and when I chose to start capturing media.
You are correct the images I took for the military were not my property as a combat camera soldier. As I understood at the time it was our goal to have them posted to divids to be put out into the world and the media. I only had a few make it past classification and the public affairs officers to release it to divids hub. One made it to a washington post article, which I thought was pretty cool because they gave me photo credit. It's a good question if a news site sole contributions are that of Com Cam should be making money.

I believe they are housed in the pentagon and its purpose is to store and release to the media/public if it was not classified material. Which the classified material was supposedly stored for archival purposes. We were encouraged to have our media uploaded there and to have lots of downloads, meant it was good. All of the military combat camera (each service has one), white house communications agency and public affairs units submit imagery to them. Not sure if its good or bad George is using them

We all have to start some where. I lurked for over a month before I made an account and started posting. Wanted to take some time to understand and research on my own. That being said, I have had nothing but a positive and enlightening experience here, and appreciate each and everyone of you!
