When you give an inch they take a mile. Thats the reason why freedom of choice is so important. Its their fault that they wanna smoke. But thats their decision. When you allow the government to make the choice your are giving up your rights. Look with COVID. We allowed them the mask mandate and social distancing and now they want even more restrictions.
