I think the problem here may be that you think your friend wants to "chit chat about things that don't matter" but just because it doesn't matter to you, doesn't mean it doesn't matter to her. In any relationship you have to be respectful of each other's interests. Why should she only listen to what you have to say if you think her stuff doesn't matter? It sounds like a good friend who genuinely misses you. I know you want to share you knowledge, but maybe dial it down a little bit? Maybe the things you shared with her was just too much all at once and she can only handle them in smaller doses.

I believe this. I always feel horrible for at least 2 weeks after daylight savings, fall or spring. You get used to waking at the same time relative to the sun and now you all of a sudden have to shift everything to a different time to adjust. It's actually worse than jet lag because if you're travelling you will still end up on the same schedule relative to the sun. I genuinely believe the people who came up with this are either idiots or hate mankind.
P.S. Russia did away with it years ago and I'm honestly so jealous of that.
Human devolution was the first book I came across that really made me realize how things get pushed on people and we're not even allowed to question. There's so many holes in the "we came from monkeys" theory and yet people worship it and don't question it. Why? There's been speculation on this. My guess is it's because Z is the last letter of the Latin alphabet and the Russian army is putting an end to Nazi's and/or world order. I think it's to signify they're fighting for the "end".
I wanted it to be true, but I think that's reaching. The letter over Q is й, so even if you turn it on its side, the bar is going the wrong way.
It has a letter that makes the Z sound, it just looks different.
How is it equivalent to Q?
I don't think anyone can be sure of anything, but I do feel confident that they all went home to their families and I think that's what really matters.

Could you share something that talks more about alternative theories to germ theory? It sounds fascinating. Humanity has always found out that things they were so sure about are actually not true and it has always made me wonder if we don't know as much about viruses and bacteria as we think we do given the arrogance of today's biologists on the topic.

It's the Ukrainian nationalists. They were accepted as a division in the Ukrainian and now appear to be ignoring the Ukrainian military orders all together. It's why the Russian army is trying so hard to not only spare civilians, but also spare any Ukraine military who wish to give up arms. It's the nationalists doing all the damage. It's also why they (Russia and Ukraine) keep agreeing on establishing corridors to offer humanitarian aid and evacuate, but when they do, the nationalists start attacking and the people can't get out.

Too bad you're getting downvoted to oblivion because I think you make an interesting point. We know his dad was Kenyan and his Mom was allegedly a US citizen. If you're born overseas to a U.S. Citizen then you automatically get U.S. citizenship at birth. So then why claim to be born in Hawaii? Is his Mom not who he says she is? Or is there a stricter requirement for office of the president? Maybe both? If the Kenyan angle is true, why was his Mom even in Kenya? Allegedly she met his Dad in college, but that was in Hawaii. Who would go to Kenya to go to college? Certainly not a woman in the 60's. This has just raised so many questions.....
