Self Defence

This last term is perhaps the most important. It depends on what you intend to defend yourself from.

If you’re thinking about people then, with the exception of an ATC granted for such a purpose, the answer is absolutely not. Unlike our neighbours to the south, Canada does not allow it’s citizens to carry – or even own – firearms for the purpose of self defence against human beings with many people opting to use other forms of self defence like pepper spray to make them feel safe.

They often use things like Guardian pepper spray reviews to ensure that they get the best spray for their safety situation.

If, however, you own firearms for a legitimate purpose – such as target practice or hunting – and you choose to employ them in a self defence situation against a person, and whether or not you would be considered righteous in court, is a can of worms that I am neither qualified nor willing to open. Suffice it to say that, at best, it would be a painful process.

THIS. I was obliquely referring to the above. If you're afraid to be found with that firearm or afraid to defend yourself with it against people - basically, you don't have any firearms.

See. I kinda trolled you and I apologize but I see a lot of you Canadiens SWEARING -oH - WE have GUNS.

But - REALLY?

No. You don't.

By the technicals - sure, you have firearms.

ALSO by the technicals, the mere presence of their being there means ZERO - it's like you don't have them and anyone who wants to, can do what ever they want to you, your wife, your mom, your children - and if you do anything to stop it with those firearms, they'll put YOU in jail.

So basically you people are the ULTIMATE tamed, de-balled, CUCKS.

They let you keep the metal object - and make YOU realize YOU'D better not try to use it to save yourself from government sanctioned crime.

It's government sanctioned when they TELL you that you don't have permission to STOP it.

So I admit I was kinda trolling and I do apologize it's an unkind thing, but then - I KNEW someone such as yourself would come along and try to fake it, and tell half truths, and just- LIE.

And you did, whether you admit that, or not.

I'm talking about you, and your handlers, and how they treat you like Catholics treated Protestants. Like you're infantile scum.

Stop trying to front. The VERY first time someone sees that firearm, and most especially sees or finds out you USED it to protect yourself,

you'll go nine kinds of blind doing paperwork.

''O YeHBuT, YeHBuT''

just stop you're an embarrassment to royalty balls sweat drinking sheeple.

You don't need to come here. We already have enough people who won't shoot government employees for violating human rights.

They've already been grabbed, they don't have any guns.

They just need to be voted against with the right kind of ballots.

Someone should hire a plane to stream two big streamers with letters behind it, those two quotes, one beneath the other and fly it round, and round, over sporting events.

Joe Collins wins a step in libel suit against Maxine Waters

The former and future Republican opponent of Maxine Waters Joe Collins has won a day in court in his defamation and libel lawsuit against Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters.

Collins, a 13 1/2 year Navy veteran who hosts a program heard on KABC Radio, filed a complaint against Waters and her campaign in September.

He accused them of falsely advertising, during the campaign, through printed material and radio commercials that he was dishonorably discharged in an effort to deceive the voters.

The South-Central native states Waters knew that was a lie because in 2018 he met with her office to get help with his veteran benefits.

The paperwork stated Collins served honorably in the Navy, receiving decorations and commendations. In December, Collins started the process toward a default judgment against Waters and her campaign committee, Citizens for Waters and unspecified individuals to be named later.

That ‘s when Waters then filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit on free-speech grounds.

However, the judge nixed the hearing on that motion saying Water’s side has not responded to the default judgment against them.

Collins is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

A new hearing has been set for March 22.

It's funny you thought the commander in chief would be instructed to salute the doorman.
