Going through temporary rounds of things like anti-depressants in some situations is fine, if run through the command and all the normal stops, I am not sure about the Military as a whole, do know people in some sectors will go through that from time to time and are downed from active duty (can not work or stand post) while on the prescribed medical assistance for a specific amount of time. But, agree, if it is a chronic or life long thing, they do not belong in the military. Many positions you can not have ANY drugs going on, including things like cough syrup in your system (anything that alters your attention span or clouds your thinking) to be on active position.

Trans Elective medical expenses should NOT be paid for by the tax payer, same with abortion. Both are Elective medical options by the person as apposed to an actual medical emergency, 99% of the time. No Federal funding should be invested for personal choices of medical procedures such as that, your body is perfectly healthy and you chose to make it unhealthy. Your choice, your pocketbook. We pay a sheet ton for medical discharged service men and woman because, they were injured on the job through combat, shots they were forced to get, foreign environmental hazards, mental problems including instability PTS again, from the JOB they do, what is perfectly fine and absolutely needed as return payment for their service. Choosing to put your body through elective surgeries and medications that have nothing to do with the JOB is YOUR choice, Your pocketbook or private insurance should cover them.

Depends on how they handle themselves most likely. I mean, how did they ever survive doing business before the surge of illegals swooped in to take all the local jobs? IMO, it will be balanced.
