He was foaming at the mouth which is very druggy and when people use meth their face tends to go pale. It might not be as easy to notice in black people but in the video his face / lips look ghostly. And who would record themself committing crimes unless they were completely torqued out on a substance that makes them feel in their body and believe in their mind that they are invincible. Plus he wouldn't stop talking which is yet another sign of meth use. This dude was absolutely high and absolutely tweaking.
