Recommend any reading materials for follow-up? I try to water-only fast for 5 days every 60 days, I’ve been doing it for past 4 years, I’m 41 now but feel just as good as I used to in my twenties! Never get sick anymore either, not so much as a sniffle since 2016, and I used to get walloped every single winter. I think infectious disease that my body isn’t equipped for is still out there (Ebola, AIDS, mad cow, etc), but nothing I’d come into contact with. When COVID panic started spreading, I convinced my wife and a couple friends to start fasting and they all swear by it now.

The first 24-36 hrs are usually rough (temptation to eat is crazy), but after that I usually feel like I could go way longer than 5 days. I’ve been looking to modify and go longer periods in a way that won’t be damaging (eg 5-day fast, then 5-day only greens/low cal, then 5-day juice/vitamin replenish).

This. If we want commit to “non-violence” let’s all just trade our guns for toys right now. 2A is the line in the sand for a reason, it’s the only way the government should (rightfully) fear the citizenry. Seems like this is all posturing for the glowies.

I got sick as all heck when my wife got jabbed. Didn’t really buy the shedding stuff before but I think something’s gotta be going on, I’ve seen way too many reports like OP’s and my own experience to just wave it away. I’ve tried to research quite a bit, but aside from his appearances on webcasts I don’t see him discussed or get many search results. He has a lot more interesting and in-depth things to say than someone like Sykes or Simon Parkes, who are widely discussed/infamous. I get that he’s lower key and more under-the-radar, I just figured he’d be more prominent just based on his content.

Although he’s definitely more suited to the radio/podcast format, so it might just be that he doesn’t have as much of a place in the 140-character outrage-competition that is our social media landscape.

There are many grifters IMO, because there simply can’t be as many people with access to classified, insider, MIL-level secrets as there claim to be. If Trump/Flynn/Scavino/etc are sharing the plan with as many people as claim to have “direct knowledge”, we’re fucked!

I’m starting to believe that as well. He was the hotness when he was saying all this back in DEC-JAN-FEB, but since then it’s been the same story and no results. And he goes on and on, tangents like crazy, and winds up not really being specific. I spose he gets paid for his appearances?

The big positive I like from him is that he frames things as they actually are- a fight of good vs evil, God vs Satan, having to choose a side and saying in plain English what the stakes are. Emphasizes the spiritual more than most without sounding like a Bible-thumper.

This 107/”Juan O’Savin” guy talks a LOT, but what he says pretty much lines up with the operating theory that MIL is in control, Bidan not in WH or in power, DJT in command of MIL and building the case/gathering evidence/conducting ops from the sidelines.

I like what he has to say, I’d like to believe he’s an insider of some kind, but I’ve never seen him discussed anywhere really (a handful of podcasters on Telegram and Gab but that’s pretty much it). To clarify, you identified that they’re to be taken with a grain of salt, maybe there’s something to the Brennan story based on OTHER observations, as did the rest of GA comments. To contrast, the Comments on RRN sound like an uncritical and bloodthirsty bunch. They come off like MSM caricatures of anons- not even anons, more like caricatures of the “crazy conspiracy people” they want to portray us as.

Do you honestly think Real Raw News, which talks about nothing except Gitmo trials and MIL executions, is a source for anything but entertainment? Do you think it’s a good look when people who think it’s real adamantly insist to friends and family that visible public figures have been executed and replaced by clones?

I think of it like asking someone if they’ve accepted Jesus. Some will be open to talking and thinking logically about it, and be open to the possibility of changing their beliefs. There are more like this out there than you think, they’re mostly apolitical, don’t really follow news/politics, and are usually smart but busy people.

Others are adamant in their positions, do not want to change, and if they bother to engage at all are really just trying to convert you to their side. People like these are not worth the time and are best avoided. Despite what you would think, they’re often above-average intelligence, and they have an easier time doing the mental gymnastics required to avoid cognitive dissonance than the average person (who often just “goes along” with whoever is around them in moment to avoid the effort of thinking too hard).

How to tell the difference between the two without investing more time and effort than it’s worth is the real challenge we face, IMO.

I don’t think we should be promoting “hope porn” that doesn’t identify itself as such. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE reading RRN for what it is- entertainment- but the guy who writes the articles (Michael Baxter) jumps into the comments and goes further to convince people that it’s all real and factual. This has the effect of acting almost like planted disinfo, because people who think it’s absolutely real pass this “news” to normies and makes us look crazy.

He has a disclaimer on his “About” page that says the site is satire/entertainment, but it’s buried. I agree with what another commenter said, it’s hard enough to find real news, clearly fake news presented as “real” just makes the movement look bad.

Wasn’t vaccinated, doesn’t mention vaccine? In really rare cases I’ve heard of long-term/chronic problems after covid. OTOH, he survived, so it’s another testament to how not-deadly the virus is.

Shedding is no joke, many have died so far, so try to be safe, maybe just be in separate rooms as much as possible for next 1-2 weeks, after that it should be safe.
