I saw that. Read it again. He never said it was a current ballot and since I know at least 4+ people working the AZ audit I can tell you that's not a current ballot as much as I wish it was.
The ONLY thing they are finding with UV-A and UV-B light is little green dots / splotches on some of the ballots. If those are just on the originals or only the Xerox copies they found I don't know but that's what they are doing.

I'm not sure what it is, but early in audit when we found out that they were UV scanning the ballots, and the scanner could pick up watermarks, the audit team explained that official AZ ballots do not have watermarks. Any ballots found on watermarked paper had to be fake.
But the great thing is he's such a flip-flopper that eventually he'll get a few things right.....and then flipflop toward wrong again. The way he is reminds me of how bats fly. Just sorta all over the place.
Bet this will come out as the NEW watermark to "insure a secure election...for the FUTURE" in a bid to make it seem like they actually care about the integrity of the election process. seems way too late in the game for them to point this out, could have shut up everyone months ago.

BOXES of counterfed ballots:
Unfolded mail-in ballots (Meaning they were never mailed and invalid)
Thousands of Xerox copies of the same ballot
Ballots with / without the UV active micro-dots / splotches.
Adjudication issues.
This is without even getting into the voting machines.

Per my source working the AZ audit when I asked about watermarks and what the UV light station is for:
The AZ ballots are being checked under UV-A and UV-B for tiny yellow dots / splotches.
In hindsight I didn't ask if the real ballots should or shouldn't have those marks however.
I would like some sauce with my watermark please....

I bet every state has their own seal watermarked. Along with a custom pattern around the seal.
That would make it impossible to fake unless the Chinese were given templates to every state ahead of time.
