Part of the problem with making a plan is we don't really know what's going to happen. Will there be mass arrests? Will there be Internet? Cell phone service? I had today off work, so I watched most of the hearing. I think the defense did great, even though some of it was repetitive. During the questions it go so that I'd mute the TV whenever the "house" was speaking, because all I was doing was yelling at them and calling them liars.

I suspect it's because that's not what the case is about. It's almost a trap. If you say "but there was fraud!" they can say we're claiming it was justified, when there wasn't an "insurrection". A riot? Maybe. An insurrection? No. And did Trump incite it? No.
