I’m starting to think this might be a professional hit. If so, the shooter is long gone. Perhaps out of the country already. Well planned escape, disposal of the weapon. No trace of shell casing, etc. probably had assistance with escape. Only 6 police on site for security, no scanning of rooftops or other places to hide. Probably was on roof in wait, long before the event started
