The idea there is a bubble is false. It’s a supply issue not a cheap or easy mortgage issue. Prices are a bit inflated but not bubble territory. Prices are inflated bc of materials prices, inflation, labor shortages and inventory shortages. We need more homes built more apartments built. The issue is most builders only do custom homes at $400k and up. But again the idea that we are in a bubble and it will quote un quote pop is BS.

I’d venture to say the dude is a human with differing opinions. Thinking he will think exactly as you or believe the same is insane. Same with trump he is not perfect. None of our-side is perfect, neither are our allies. You have to find common ground with those that share your values. Now those on the left there is no common ground with them. Reminder Elon is thinking or has been thinking about things 50-100 years down the road not in the now. So ideas like ubi or the idea of downloading conscience is old hat for him. Reminder people can change as new info is being presented to them it’s called red pilling

I don’t think they plan at this point. It’s straight emotional responses to everything. I think this was a leak to induce anger in the public and try and sway the judges. At this point the left is fractured trying to cover up everything from Ukraine, vaccines, election rigging, BLM, high crime, etc etc. Like a cornered animal they are freaking out and this is another example.
