The problem now a days is that the young generation doesn't think that they should have to struggle. They want "livable" wages which in their minds is enough money to eat out everyday, buy a house they can't afford plus do all the extra shit that they want to do. They have no concept of sacrifice or doing without. They want all this but they want to take off days when their spouse has a doctors appointment, their kid has a sniffle and god forbid that you ask them to work over 40 hours a week.
I live in the construction world. The biggest struggle I have is employees. Finding people willing to work and show up. That and fucking smart phones. These clowns are glued to their phones. They don't realize the little short videos that they are watching are all staged. That and pot, you can throw a handful of rocks on any construction site and hit 5 potheads.
