A real medic or anyone with CPR and basic first Aide (as all police are required, would have identified breeding, stopped it, and started CPR. NO ONE declares someone dead after 23 seconds.
There are so many things wrong here. As an EMT, nothing was done right, or what should have happened in an actual situation. That “medic” would know that you find the bleeding ASAP, stop it, and begin CPR. And even for the police, they all are required to have CPR. None of them did anything right and that “medic” should be sued as he did not practice according to even the most basic protocols. Good thing it was all fake ass or some heads would roll.
