I believe the House of Saud has totally switched to white hat. The Crown Prince, not sure of title has traveled all over the place talking to higher powers in the USA and related areas. They are the richest family in the world and he is invrsting in all kinds of projects to improve the country. The feel of the people talking in the public seems very positive too.
