It's often just me who removes duplicates and I'm juggling life here with two kids, one has special needs. I just miss some of them.

It also depends on the time of day. I'm on at this time of day early morning until afternoon, and it was my brief to remove duplicates. Later on in the day other mods take over and if duplicates are left in later in the day it's those guys you might need to ask.
