Brother, it sounds like the women that were placed in our lives and who's lives we were placed in are very different. I'm not married because as a man I will not allow myself to be controlled by a woman. Every woman that's been in my life has tried to do nothing but control. Mom, stepmom, and various girlfriends. I'm 36btw, and unmarried for this reason. I've never had one who tried to stand beside me, they always try to lead, and get mad when I won't let them. If you have found one that will walk with you, God bless all in your life. I will not tolerate one trying to stand ahead and guide me tho. Just my own abusive experiences, physical and mental for quite some years since I was a kid.
