Did she file for a religious or medical exemption with her company under Title VII, Excellent FAQs She should immediately file an "Inquiry" with your state EEOC, and make sure it escalates to an EEOC charge. Don't let the EEOC talk you out of it. EEOC needs to be started before using a lawyer. Follow us for guidance with our class action: Airline Employees For Health Freedom
I had intense back and neck problems for over 15 years from a major accident, including a fractured spine. Then a friend introduced me to this book, which thinks outside the mainstream healthcare industry box. Within a year my problems are gone. This group is always questioning the norm, and yet we fall in line when it comes to mainstream medical solutions. If you take an honest approach, thoroughly read, take personal inventory, I know this can help many of you here. Two books, I read them both, but they are essentially the same, are available on Amazon as well: Dr. Sarno

AIRLINE EMPLOYEES FOR HEALTH FREEDOM FUNDRAISING TODAY October 18, 2021 THANK YOU all for your patience this week and quick responses when we need information. We could not do this without you all.
To that end, the road to success is never easy, and we know the opposition will appeal any ruling in our favor. Therefore, we are asking for 100% participation in fundraising, starting today!
We always said we would let you know when we need your help. That time is now. We are requesting each person in this group raise $500 in the next few days while spreading our message far and wide. You can email friends; post the link on social media; drop our QR code on friendly sites; have a bake sale; or anything else you can do.
We need to hit our goal so that we can fund any appeals and begin class certification. We welcome any ideas or funding options. Just keep in mind, we are a 501(c)(4). Contributions are not tax deductible.
Another way to think about it: Our goal is for each of you to get 25 people to give $25. Post the link far and wide. We cannot stop this close to the finish line.
To that end, we have added Give/Send/Go as a crowd-funding site that you can share with your friends
https://www.givesendgo.com/AE4HF
Meanwhile, share our fundraising link, and let others know that setting legal precedent will help reshape our country and will be a benefit all facing the same discrimination. We need all “hands on deck” with this effort! Please help us help you. Our goal is zero job losses.
We are in the process of revamping our website. Pardon our construction dust.

Very minor victory...only delayed until October 26th, while they continue to argue in court. It ain't over yet!! "United Airlines is prohibited from placing employees with religious and medical exemptions on unpaid leave until October 26 while litigation continues"
This is the first lawsuit of it's kind re Title VII against a large corportation. EEOC has told AE4HF that they have set a record (since inception) for the number of complaints against one company. Some of these 2000 could find a job elsewhere. MANY have very specialized skills sets in a Seniority Based employment system, at the prime of their careers...they cannot just go find a comparable job elsewhere...and shouldn't have to. They are taking the fight directly to the company.
