Yes, I live here. My family has four houses around Asheville. My son had a gas Stihl chainsaw given to him by some fema guy.

Also, do a reverse image search of that picture, it's from a facebook page for some hardware store that is talking about the new chainsaws they have in stock.

The US ones mostly grow new skin patches to help heal. There are some actual skin graft pieces, but it's rare. 99% of people will reject any one elses skin.

The US has one of these in almost every major city for burn victims. My nephew has a normal arm and back thanks to a skin bank in Raleigh, NC.
