That's just a phrasing in speech and writing, and in your link it clarifies it means he was the "42nd president." How many actually sign their names/letters with the title President? That's a weird one. It would strongly imply they are still president.

Yes. The most serious thing they take is leakers. Even Trump had to hide his comments and true intentions. (Probably also to gain their trust to actually assume the presidency by signaling to them)

You have to understand that you can't just learn the deeper end of this stuff in a day. Your mind has to slowly come to a point where it "clicks". Watch, read, and experience these 3. Then realize that the CIA is just a personal, secretive mafia group for the global cabal (which is not obvious at first glance). The Titanic wasn't an accident. The Hindenburg wasn't an accident. WW1 didn't happen randomly and unavoidably. JFK and MLK Jr. were assassinated for entirely different reasons than you think, and by people you don't know. 9/11 was done by our government. The Wall Street Financial crisis was intentional. COVID-19 was intentional.
And now, what if I told you that every single one of the above statements is explainable by a SINGLE conspiracy theory, and that it's all linearly connected to what's happening today?

Your example of the neighbor is wrong. It's like finding out he's Hannibal Lecter, and you go to the police and media and find out that the leaders are all in a mutual cabal and also serial killers themselves conspiring to protect him. Because the leadership is broken in many key places (not all), you decide the only way to change it is to begin waking up the masses.
You need to understand that this is not just "shock." If the police legitimately arrested the Pope, Hillary, Obama, and dozens of other trusted figures for murder, treason, and child abuse, people would commit suicide in masses because it is too much to take in. Think for a moment about how gigantic this is. If you fought in the Iraq war and found out conclusively 9/11 was literally done by Bush to weaken the country and sell a fake narrative, how would you react? Would you be able to continue functioning like a sane person? Would the USA and other countries even continue to exist? There would be worldwide chaos.

People need to keep in mind that if you know enough about this stuff to the point where it fully "clicks," then it is going to a place you have truly never been to mentally. This enough to hospitalize most people. I consider myself extremely psychologically stable and even I'm shook.
The realization that a deeply trusted figure (let's say Stephen Colbert, a former President, or even the Pope) has actively harmed children is a form of trauma itself.
