If you wanna live you should leave now.” And Rudy started screaming at him when it was obvious Cheney knew what was up - and swore to “bury him if it took everything he had”

While I'm sure this sort of "technology" exists and I have no doubt there are crazy folks in our governemnt that would love to have this play out to fulfill their wet dream fantasy. I am however, fairly confident that this is not bill gates talking like the title insinuates.
