I've heard here and there about the theory that the United States of America would legally be a Corporation, and also that this Corporation was about to be terminated in order to be replaced by the new one, hence the new "Biden inauguration" being impossible because it would apply to the old system only.

I have hear so much about this, but never once have I seen it explained like this, so clearly and with specificity. Thanks for this, and I suggest making a separate post for this. I believe this is going to become very important in the coming days when people need to realise that the elections held on Nov 3rd was for an office that does not exist.
I have a couple of questions. Does it mean that ever since 1871, any constitutional amendments that were passed, are not valid? Every election that was held is not valid? Has this issue ever been taken to the supreme court? I have no doubt such a huge coverup was done, looking at what is happening right now. I am just curious to learn more about the exact mechanisms used in this coverup.

The United States of America is a corporation based out of DC. So is the IRS a corporation out of Puerto Rico. The US corporation has a specific spelling while the original united states is spelled differently. Deception. Just like the bar exam. What does BAR stand for? What does B.A.R. stand for? British accreditation registry.
