Interesting because my Grandma (88 years old and only gets news from Epoch Times paper (I gave her) and TV) said the other day that she's noticed a lot of Rich people all settled to be moving to the same areas in some of these more tropical island nations. Including one of the only millionaires she personally knows. Made me wonder who she thought was doing this other than just that guy.
Would make sense, too, as many tax evaders and such have been established in these other places already as far as homes and business setups.
