I agree! I missed the start and I’m replaying now. He did say next administration and separately Biden administration. It’s definitely not what all the posts made it out to be, in my opinion anyway.
To me it sounded like Trump was making a threat to Biden without threatening him directly. He can't really say "Biden will be arrested". Also people forget Trump is a master troll. Nothing about the speech worries me.
