I've opened up one of two of the second level zip files. Its just .png files of emails so far. The pw is in a txt file in the top level zip. Might be legit:

Password is "Moses" (no quotes). I used 7-zip to open the files, worked fine. pw in the text file in top level zip.

Probably because the actual vaccines Gates and ilk were pushing are poisonous. Trump had to look like he was doing something about the plandemic for optics sake but knew that the vaccines they had wanted to use were dangerous. So he just had his folks create a placebo that wasn't going to harm anyone until he could reveal the truth about Covid.
Just my 2 cents.
Gosh I hope so. I have a loved one get vaccinated against my strenuous pleas. But I have done research and found at least one nurse who took the real stuff and got Bells Palsey.
I believe that if everything here regarding Q is correct that there is no way Trump would knowingly inject Americans with that toxic brew. If they knew how this would all play out from the start then they would know all about Gates and his vaccine schemes.
The other thing too, is that the military is often the first people to be used as guinea pigs for vaccines. If the military is indeed on Trump's side then there is not a chance in hell they would inject our soldiers with such genuinely dangerous stuff.
