I agree wholeheartedly. I also think representatives need to spend way less time in the Capitol and we need about 5x more representatives than we have right now. It should be a part time job, not a career.
Whatever happens, D.C. needs to be broken up. White House only in D.C. All other Departments - get rid of a lot of them, others can be only one Department per state. What to do about Congress, though?
