I would say she has not resigned her seat due to Intelligence Committee seat that she has. It meets roughly twice a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, generally in closed session. So, if Joe Biden is not receiving any briefs then he has an insider that will provide him the information he wants. If, she resigned her seat they would be blind.
