Seems pretty normal.
Looks like it is on the San Andreas Fault, happens all the time. There was one nearby in Concord CA the other day. Probably the fault line relieving a little stress in the area. Better a bunch of smaller quakes rather than having one big one.

4.5 is not very much energy relatively speaking. I've not noticed many under 5.5 earthquakes if they last more than a few seconds. How strong it is in any one particular location varies as well. As the energy wave travels it hits different material; it can be slowed down, bend around, etc. If you are driving or going down stairs or whatever it can also easily go unnoticed.

Believe it or not, there are a ton of patriots in California whose vote has been stolen for a loooong time. Trump won California this election.

Same here! N. Californian. Proud Trump Supporter as are many of my family and friends. Heck, even my once liberal sister did a WalkAway Video 2 years ago. She's madder than me about the stolen election. :-)
State of Cali has 40 million people, mainly urban areas.
US has around 320 million people.
