One could argue that Trump will use the military ("the only option") to clean up the castle.
Jan 22nd as the date of the holiday (after the inauguration) signifying that the plan is in motion and that the castle is in process of being cleaned up by the military.
Basically, on Jan 22nd we'd hear that the swamp has been taken out, sanctity of life will be celebrated once more, and the "castle" is "clean".
Obviously the above is merely one of many possible takes.
