Another point, Biden didn't fly in with AF1 or military plane, he flew in with a private plane. It seems that Trump was flying in a military plane from 8-11pm on Jan 21st, 2021. I don't think a private citizen is allowed to do that? I do not have confirmation that it was a military plane, or that Trump was on it, but it could be true.

They never spell out who the VIP is, but when the trips are planned in advance, the notice goes out as soon as that plan is released. could be day of, could be weeks early.
