That case was largely upheld on appeal, where the US Court of Appeals held that the district court had the authority to decertify the state's results and declare the other candidate the winner where the facts support it, and if the evidence makes such a determination unclear, then the district court has the authority to decertify and order a special election.
Maybe eventually the Republicans will get a special council to look into it taking as long as Duhram is taking. We should get the results by around 2025.

The problem with Act 77 is that is goes against the PA Constitution as does many laws that have been passed. So who is going to challenge it? Who has the money to take it up against the courts?
