If you are smart enough to figure out who Ron Watkins is, I imagine you are smart enough to realize why the Chan boards were useful for relaying information. Maybe you initiated this thread to poison the well, which will be unsuccessful. We still appreciate our favorite anon.

It is a free speech site, and the shills keep posting porn in the qresearch folder to put people off going there, and to bury the real truth from being discovered. Some days are worse than others. However, because it is anonymous, I often see nuggets of truth there. They also do fake Q posts and try to discredit Q and to discourage Q followers.
As for the porn folders, each to their own. People like porn, and when given the freedom to do so, they like to look at it and post it.
Open source, pure uncut freedom of speech. Sometimes it’s not what we like to see or hear, but it’s raw free speech; you gotta respect that. Like most things I don’t like, I just ignore it and move on. You can find the Qresearch link in the board links. Lately it’s been very populated, more anons than I’ve seen in a while. ask yourself, if you're hunting an enemy, where is the first place you'd look? maybe places they frequent? if you're trying to find their encrypted messages, where might be the best place to hide them?

He wouldn't respond when I asked for more info; is there ANY legitimacy to that assertion at all?
I couldn't find any evidence for that. There is reporting that the 8kun site is hosted in Russia.
