Sure... let's take a pipeline welder that is top notch in his field and give him a job making solar powered mirrors that he has NO knowledge at all doing ... that way he stays on the bottom of the corporate ladder living in poverty relying on the same government that F**ked them from the start.
He is so full of shit that I found myself yelling at the phone when he was talking about this!!!
My best friend works in solar technology (design, implementation, etc) and it is a VERY specific field that requires a BIG learning curve. Lots of people have ended up quitting his team actually because they (the field technicians) were just not “getting it” even months into the job.
It’s also a joke (in my opinion) to push solar panels as this magical solution when they are SO finicky. It’s still relatively new technology and the panels themselves cannot be recycled if/when they break.
Peak Liberal Arrogance
Free coding classes
Attention John Kerry: NO solar panels are made in the U.S.A.. NONE. Name one single company in the U.S. making solar panels? You won't find any.
They are all made in China these days. :>)
So much for "better choices".
So ... losing high skill, high pay jobs and replacing them with low-skill low pay "assembly" work is acceptable, how?
programming courses?
GAWWD...I hope the Executions are Public...Would Love to see this beauty right here...SWING!
LearnToCode.
you rang?
Not enough updoots in the world...
Kerry is a cocksucker. If his wife wasn't the ketchup queen he'd be a crack smoking male prostitute.
There I said it.
Better for who?
Learn to code, so then we can give those jobs away to H1N1 visa holders!
perhaps they can become pedal rickshaw drivers ?
He doesn't need one. Wifey's got the bucks and is supporting him. (Wifey inherited the bucks on the death of hubby #1 and didn't earn them herself.)
Tehy are not "offering" anything, except a tyrannical, dictatorial command.
Time to hire more H1B visa holders with experience and skills. Cheaper than hiring US citizens demanding higher wages and lacking the necessary skills and experience. H1B visa holders don't mind since they can exchange OUR currency with their respected origin. Living like kings while we are living like bums.
‘better choices’ according to who?
Crushing tomatoes at the ketchup plant?
Must be some Great Reset plan to marginalize jobs and equalize the work/pay for all us peons in the workforce.
Basically, “Go be a wind turbine mechanic making a $40k salary.”
