Well, there goes our perfectly square state, smh.
Right? That fucks the whole map up.
It'll be cool! Like your state slipped outta their gym shorts just a bit.
I can't stop laughing at this lmao!
Cause shapes matter..... this is better than nothing in terms of fighting back against the DNC and their Dominion-izing
A sense of humor is needed during a war. ?
A sense of humor is needed. Period?
All shapes matter.
I like the look of a THICC Wyoming
On one hand freedom on the other hand my OCD
we can satisfy both if wyoming invades colorado and creates a new government for them with true american values
Technically, Colorado is not a perfect square. It's a hexahectaenneacontakaiheptagon.
You forgot the ".com"
It’s no perfectly square it’s a Perfect slightly curved trapezoid
So you are saying Wyoming should welcome Weld County with open arms?
"Calorado" :(
So how many electoral votes would Wyoming gain then?
Does not appear they would gain an electoral vote until their population reaches 1,000,000.
Wyoming population = ~500,000 Weld County population = ~250,000
South Dakota population = ~750,000 South Dakota electoral votes = 3 Wyoming electoral votes = 3
I hope some South VA counties follow, NC isn't the greatest, but it's still better.
Absolutely neighbor! South central here.
Join WV instead of NC.
I think this is the way to go. I applaud Texas for standing up, but the nation can’t be divided through secession. How amazing would it be if counties from all over the nation joined Wyoming, particularly those in Washington state and Oregon. This movement would be impossible to ignore and wouldn’t fracture the nation as a whole.
Governors are now dictators nobody is going anywhere.
Denverites aint gonna stop Northern Coloradans. It'd be like a housecat taking on a jaguar.
Yeah when I visited Denver it felt nothing like the rest of Colorado, it was an even starker contrast than Chicago vs the rest of Illinois.
It reminds me of last year when West Virginia invited all 2A sanctuary counties in Virginia to join WV. Had that happened what was left of Virginia would have been tiny. The idea might catch on. All red counties in blue states that adjoin red states could do this.
Is there a rule that only adjacent counties can secede? If not, then I'd like to suggest Harford County in Maryland join West Virginia.
I don’t think there are any rules at all for county secession. It hasn’t been done before. But if I were to make the rules I’d say no strict rule that you have to be adjacent. However if all red countries seceded one way or another I don’t think finding red territory with which to join would be an issue.
How about every county in the US secede and become their own states!
That would be 2547 red states and 509 blue states. It would be a pretty good balance in the senate, but I'm not sure how we'd fit all those stars on the flag....
If every county had it's own electoral votes even Dominion would not be enough for the Dems to cheat their way in.
Bingo!
I say we scramble them all up and start over. Red on the right, Blue on the left.
How about red on the right, middle, and left. Blue exported to mexico.
Yes it has...sort of. That is how West Virginia came into being. The northern counties of Virginia did not want to secede from the Union, so when Virginia did, they split from Virginia.
Good point. There is precedent.
But NO ONE wants Chicago.
My OCD would not be happy about this
Don't look at the map....step away....turn around....go...to...the...window.
Nice name!
So you’re saying they’re more skilled than your average college grad.
As a Cheyenne refugee from Fort Collins I can't say I blame them... I love the smell of freedom in the morning. Y'all know UW is constitutionally required to be "free or nearly free" to residents? A pell grant covers your whole undergrad tuition bill.
Wyoming with truck nutz
Hmm the yoop may have to do something similar. We're closer to Wisconsin anyways
The UP would be better off becoming the state of Superior than joining Wisconsin.... Wisconsin is run by the Uniparty, all the Wisconsin GOPers are RINOs
Well, Wyoming's Balls have dropped.
Well I don't blame them. Wyoming is fucking fantastic. Visit if you haven't.
Also this makes it look like Wyoming has balls which is weird.
I'm from eastern WA. I don't wanna join Idaho, i just want Seattle and Olympia to join the pacific ocean
I am ALWAYS for such home-rule efforts when it involves the "consent of the governed." Also, North Calif. wants to break away from southern Calif... I wish them well in their efforts.
True. But most people aren't aware of the existing movement here for most of our counties to band together and form New California. I just checked their website and 37of our counties had signed on. Shortly after taking office, President Trump met with the New California folks but the reason for it was not explained in the articles that came out at the time. https://www.newcaliforniastate.com
Edit: Updated info
Welcome.
Somebody take all of Illinois south of Chicago, please!
Just form a separate state. That way, we get two Red Senators to balance out their DC statehood thing.
Nearly everything west of I-355 and south of I-80 pretty much wants out.
I live in Weld county and I am all for it.
Colorado is cucked. Everyone moving in from California, NY turning the state blue.
Lmao no more square.
For real though, all the red counties should just leave and join texas. Then Texas should leave. Leave the libs with the shit bed they made.
The blue counties would be like densely populated reservations scattered throughout a huge red state.
As a Texan, I say if Wyoming doesn't go for it let them join Texas! Why the hell not?
But dude, they have to drive through the rest of CO to get to TX don't they?
So? :-D
not the first time, northern Colorado is constantly screwed over by the denver/boulder area. they wanted to branch off into their own state about 10 years ago.
the corrupt politicians in denver only care about Denver and 70 west in the mountains. while the north , east and South of Colorado Springs is greatly ignored
Pretty sure Wyoming doesn't want them.
Don’t know much about Wyoming except that it is dry and mountainous. Weld County is flat and very agricultural. I used to live there long ago. Wyoming might like some farmland.
Wyoming is big and beautiful.
