In a similar vein - Obama had a pandemic in 2009 Swine Flu ? Why didn't they bang a covid type lockdown then ?

Ever since the Shah of Iran was overthrown, Iran has toed the line for Globalists like good boys. No need to invade them.
Swine Flu was a test run to see how the whole thing works and how the people would respond. They learnt valuable info that they then used for COVID
Because Iran is a boogeyman they use, and it has its other uses for the DS. No need to attack them if there's plenty of other places while at same time use Iran to keep us plebs scared of tensions in the middle east.
As for why wouldn't Obama put us under lockdown and turn the people against him early in his first term? I think that answers itself once you think about it.
Besides, the timing of their plan wasn't ready for such drastic moves yet.

Perhaps, as you suggest, Iran was aligned with the US elites in 2005. Maybe its not so aligned with Trump's administration, Trrumps's admin not being globalist.
