Regardless, I'm not sure that matters in the grander scheme of things. It depends on which corporation owns Air Force One, the United States Corporation (the one that the Government of the District of Columbia runs, a London banker (foreign) owned entity) or The United States Republic.
I mean they just got done filming at the Regan museum in AF1 there. So ya seems about a good time for a few pictures to show him on the "presidents" plane.....
