They did cheat in 2016. Q team hacked their cheating and made it look like Russia did it. That's why they screamed Russia Russia Russia and did super illegal things to spy on Trump because they assumed they'd catch him colluding with Russia.
That's the theory I support anyway.
Or Putin hates the NWO and intervened to stop the cheating. Dems knew but couldn't show proof because it would highlight their scheme.
Who knows?
