I'm new to Q analysis... i didnt follow from the beginning but lurked and I didn't remember this one until you posted it now.
To me, ABC clearly refers to the Federal alphabet agencies and the emphasized [C] indicates CIA.
On it's face I would say that they took control of his account. Because of the trip codes, I can see how it may be that he needs to say this before changing password to lock them out. Maybe rhey took control of the site? If so, not sure a new trip code would help...
The scary thought is, what if they did take control and posted this message, generated a new trip code and locked out Q? That would mean everything after is a Psyop. I don't believe that is the case, but it's a scary thought.

We agree except for the last point. Why 1831? You could say that every 100 posts or so. I'm going to do some reading.
