Bear in mind how compression works. As I recall, it transmits one full picture frame only every (say) 20 frames. In between it changes only the parts that have moved and uses a "guess" algorithm to predict where that moving object should be in the subsequent frames.
So what you are seeing could be normal compression artifacts. This is why the tribunals are reputedly being recorded on film.

I also know that Biden has false teeth and how video compression works along with he tired experience of trying to explain how video compression thru satellite connections thru the years has led to people thinking that every odd video artifact is proof of lizard people. Yes a few moments looked odd in that video, a few facial movements, etc... but, it was nothing that I haven't seen before in video artifact compression. Far from "100% Deepfake"

This is the software they were using. This teeth glitch - EXACTLY the issue described by Gnomey - is a well-known problem of that software. They tried to fix it by making the detail of the teeth higher, but obviously not good enough.

It’s honestly like looking for a needle in a hay stack. The glitches are so small & you have to pay really close attention to his mouth to notice anything. His eyes are also supper bizarre at some points as well.

Also telling was that he looked younger, stronger jawline...but then there was a camera switch back to the real Joe at the end when he walked off the podium with his wife and you could see it plain as day. Also there "glitches" during pauses, probably because the AI couldn't figure out what was going to happen next or had to "catch up".
No doubt they are using deepfakes to hide Joe's dementia. Supposedly if Joe can hang on for 2 years Kamallah can run for reelection twice. They probabaly want her for 10 years, plus having him mumble and shit himself on camera would destroy the narrative he "won" the election.

I watched 0.25 speed and you can see black spaces appearing out of nowhere between teeth.
Also edges of 4head changing a little bit too. But I don´t know if it is because of low quality video. (even when 1080p)

The mouth is for any deep-fake software the most difficult and time-consuming part to process(don't ask me how I know...)
