They control everything -- WH, Senate, Courts. There's only two ways to stop this: the military steps up and puts and end to the corruption OR it's on to Plan B.
If the SCOTUS even considers this... there's going to be an uproar... and dissenters to an this beginning ruled unconstitutional need impeachment immediately... there will be a petition for it(as if that would mean anything at that point)... but once that doesn't work it's either MIL or the contingency plan...
Note: I'm not for the last option but the constitution lays it out as it a necessity for when all other avenues available have been afforded an attempt with no avail...

You can buy a weapon but law enforcement can follow you home from the gun shop and take it from you when you get there. AND, while they are there, have probable cause to search your house and use anything in your possession as evidence against you. All for our safety.
At some point they will have to "circle back" to the 3rd and come up with an entirely improbable and outrageous excuse to force us to board soldiers. Just to complete the entire Bill of Rights shitstorm and finalize the demoralizing of the people.
Since the sc is not in my living room, I conclude it really does not matter what they say....matters if me and my family decide they can enter MY home without a warrant. I know it is a death sentence, but what comes after the little seizure exercise?.....is they don't decide to kill you right there.
