I generally dismiss any comment that begins with "Occam's Razor". It tends (not accusing you) to be utilized as a dismissive gesture when someone doesn't have a compelling analysis to share. Having said that, I do find all of these (and there are LOTS) photo comparisons dizzyingly inconclusive, yet compellingly interesting. Until there is a breakthrough case of proof though, it's all just speculation. There do seem to be several versions of Melinda and others though.
Bill and Melinda Gates sincerely appear to have been switched out. I wonder if the rumor is true that the real ones were executed in India after a failed vaccine killed and maimed mass numbers of people. I don't know if the new Bill is a woman but the new Melinda is clearly male.
Fair enough, I am willing to test all theories. It cannot be ignored that there are several prominent public figures who appear to be transgender without publicly acknowledging that fact.
Looks like she just had eyelid surgery (to eliminate saggy upper lids), and maybe some injections in the lower face to help restore plumpness. After menopause, females start to lose some of their 'softness' to their features.

There's also "Occam's Eraser" which is used to eliminate any information that is inconvenient. People sometimes get them mixed up.
