Now long term health problems is another matter, but nobody truly knows the answer to that yet.

Now if say, 5 or 6 people all eating the same restaurant all died within 30 mins of eating a burger in a week's period, well now you gotta do some investigating.
I'm confused as to why you are assuming the vaccine must have played a role in her death. Again, 37 million people have been vaccinated already, even a very rare reaction should cause 100s, if not 1000s of deaths already.
Statically, even at a .001% death rate, one would still be more likey to die from contracting covid than the vaccine. If the vaccine caused that level of Insta death, there would already be 400k deaths.
For a 75 year old with heart issues, the likelihood of dying from covid is closer to 1% or maybe even 10%

From my research it doesn't usually cause instantaneous death. In some people it is, and there have been a few thousand deaths already from the vaccines that they are claiming aren't from the vaccines.
But it basically alters how your immune system functions, so the next time the vaccinated person gets sick, their immune system will attack all of their internal organs. Kind of like an extreme autoimmune disease. Just look at the animal trials for MRNA vaccines. They never went well, which is why they skipped them this time.
I've also heard talk from whistleblowers about how it has the potential to cause sterility. So many older/weaker immune compromised people will die in the next year. Basically the next time they get sick. And younger people will struggle to have children. This could take years to come out because you don't know you have fertility problems until you try to get pregnant.
It has also already caused many women to miscarry who were told by their doctors to get the vaccine while pregnant even though it goes against what WHO said and what the vaccine companies have said.

Pt was observed and given anti seizure meds and felt better, was discharged on anti seizure medication. So new script for effects of the vaccine, great, another load of cash for big pharma.
Surely since so many have been vaccinated and the news says side effects are good and deaths happen all the time, we can be confident no one is lying or manipulating the information....

In the US it is 11%, so about 37 million people. I don't have World wide number handy.
ETA : either moderna or pfizer. I would guess it's split pretty evenly between the two.
