I wanted to rewrite this post because my last one had a lot of on-the-fly edits and I think I can make this cleaner.
Here's what we should do:
-
Find people in your neighborhood/community who are sick of masks and want a change and invite them to participate. Start a facebook group or get people on a massive text chain or something like that.
-
Decide the dates and times you plan to do this. Get people to go in groups of at least 15, the bigger the better. That's disruptive, and frankly, people can go in all day in different shifts and keep it going.
-
Decide on the grocery store you wish to target.
-
Go in with masks on, grab a cart, and grab all the perishable goods (meat, cheese, milk, eggs, etc.) along with a few other things to make replacing things more time consuming.
-
Place your list with the demands on the top of the cart filled with items (it will say "replace your 'masks required signs' with a 'we support your constitutional rights--no masks required' signs and then these actions will stop.")
-
Walk your cart to the front of the store.
-
Leave it there and go home.
This way we:
-
Avoid physical confrontations
-
Avoid being identified so we can be charged with trespassing, etc.
-
Create real disruption for these business owners forcing them to change.
I just don’t wear a mask. I never do. I live in Arizona
I think that's great. But we don't all live in Arizona and the lone wolf doesn't accomplish much. I think this way would actually force business owners to rethink their stance. They have systems that need to work smoothly or they lose money. Disrupt those systems and they'll do whatever you want.
I agree. I just don’t agree with putting perishables in carts and leaving them up front. Doing that will only raise grocery prices, as food spoils. Then the neighborhood ends up absorbing those costs. However I am for filling a cart full of tiny teeny tiny small items from the pharmacy area or make up items or other items that are difficult to restock. I think the idea is actually pretty good, by leaving a note on top of the cart stating what it is people really want for their communities.
Im guessing they would label that as domestic terrorism. With a note it is obviously intentional. But if you just happen to have a full cart when they ask you to leave for no mask, then it is no “intentional.”
That shit will not suddenly raise cost of shit. USE PERISHABLES or wear your mask forever.
This is a war. Send a message. Sacrifices must be made. Plus, they will be restocked shortly.
Then do it again tomorrow and the next day and the next until constitutional/natural law rights are validated.
In the spirit of “don't be rude,“ I am politely labelling you a “glowie."
Absolutely use perishables. They're not going to spoil - it's just going to disrupt staffing. It takes longer to get these items home than it does to call someone up to put them back.
This messes with staffing levels and normie wait times. The food will be fine. The customer service times and restocking increases staffing levels.
Grocery store managers - I'm talking Kroger, randalls, heb, albertsons, publix - are going to be measured on spoilage more than restocking, but will get hammered on “over staffing“ and forced to explain the cost up the chain.
Local, small grocers will value spoilage over staff costs, since ordering and stocking is directly in their control.
Small, non-perishable items would basically be the same as “heh. Leave the cart far away from the door. Heh.“ at target. No impact whatsoever.
I thought a glowie was an FBI schill?
FBI would be only one of the possible orgs, yes.
Ok well. I guess you’re wrong then. Definitely not a Glowie!
I mean, would a glowie say anything else? ?
I doubt you're actually a glowie... just not thinking in terms of who this is intended to influence.vs annoy. Most of the people directly annoyed by this are probably supporters. But, the influence isn't targeted at them. It's at the levels measured on metrics that already annoy the same people you're trying to be polite to.
Wrong target.
And, I say it mostly in jest as a reference to the "don't be rude“ sticky“
My main problem with the "tedious to restock" is that tedious does not equate to immediacy of loss.
If you grabbed 100 cans and tic.tacs and toothbrushes and ibuprofen, that cart can sit there all day. It can be restocked in the restocking shift. It's marginally more inconvenient than forecast retail shrinkage.
Items that can spoil, but are likely to not actually spoil means restocking has to happen throughout the day. That jacks go staffing. It is a greater potential loss than shrink. It raises eyes on reports.
Yes, we'd hate putting back 100 little items. don't think about those terms. Think about explaining an unforecast extra FTE just to deal with restocking for a.month. think about the trade-off of an extra 1600 a month in raw personnel costs vs a few thousand in spoiled perishables.
Non perishables isnt going to add anything other than annoying the stocker.
Got it! You are analyst - I guess? I have never been good at math! But makes more sense what you said!
Not an analyst, in purest sense. In software and software consulting. So, a lot of my history is “how to make efficient the metrics that matter to those paying for millions in software and system investment.“
From that perspective, you know what no metrics.capture or care about? What already-paid-for-time is spent doing.
If I know I'm paying someone $10 an hour to restock and I've budgeted 20h a week to do it (3h a night) for non-perishables that never go bar, who cares if it takes a couple or three days of work to put it back? No $$ difference.
However, if.perishables have to be put back in a couple hours, I might need another stocker, or another cashier. that's an extra person. If it's happening every couple days, that's either an extra hire or more hours or spoiled.inventory.
One hits metrics and bonuses, all the way up (in aggregate) one doesn't.
Perishables hits the ones that.get measured.
I think you're wrong. That's not disruptive enough. Communities have plenty of places to shop. Once your first store falls in line, you stop the madness with them and target another store. It takes time for prices to rise and no store owner is going to be the martyr and let his business suffer long enough for that to happen.
Make it sting a little or you accomplish nothing.
Deal.
Better to go in groups ALL REFUSING TO MASK UP. That was you aren't causing a disturbance that they could charge you with domestic terrorism. No joke.
Nope. That's what happened in the video posted earlier and it was a shit show. Best to go in with masks on, fill up your carts, drop the signs on top of your haul, then leave quietly. No noise. No fuss. Message sent.
I didn't see that vid. And yes, at this point we all have to take stand however we can. Good luck to you!
Everyone in Michigan wears a mask. I'm the only one who I see at the store who doesn't wear one. Actually got the cops called on me. Every state is different.
This is true. Michigan is definitely more of a problem for most people. Sorry to hear that. I would definitely say that this approach could work, but you’d have to move fast, and get in and out of there without going to jail. By the way there is no charge for not wearing a mask, if you’re rested it’s for trespassing. If they ask you to leave, and you don’t then technically you’re trespassing. That’s it
Everywhere I go I don't wear a mask. Only had cops called on me I e time. Why is everyone wearing them??????? Blows my mind. I guess they really trust Whitmer. I guess they just do not have a mind of their own. So sad. Michigan is full of morons I guess ?♂️?♀️
Same here..only approached once with a manager trying to hand me a mask...I said I can't wear one, because I can't breathe...she gave me a dumb look and walked away...having white hair and being 79 might have dissuaded her.
No. This is Asshole moves. Take off the mask, yes. Potentially Destroy food supply with thawing? Getting people sick? Nope
Great. Then they'll know they have to change fast or fail.
And then drive the cost up.
TROLL!!!
Wow. I'll take my post history over yours any day. Deport.
Lol. Can I ask you something? I've been here a month and sorry to go way off on a tangent, but what does the [S] beside your name stand for?
Person who posted the original post.
"We hold these truths to be self evident..."
It's the Declaration of Independence.
Drive up the cost? Use some sense. Hysterical human being...
You'd prefer to eat well on your way to slavery?
Bingo.
No I’d prefer to make sure that food is there and safe for someone else
Yeah, to me it seems like possibly getting people food sick to get a “wake up sheeple” moment is kinda cringe and only hurts our cause. If you wanna protest, group-shop maskless but don’t make a scene about it.
Then face confrontation, escalation, and charges. Be a lone wolf if you want, but don't delude yourself into thinking it's going to change anything. We need collective, disruptive action.
Let a little milk spoil. They'll be charged if they sell shit that gets people sick.
You're an idiot. I've been confronted ONCE in the past year for not wearing a mask. I laughed and left after politely letting them know I won't be shopping there in the future. Charges?? There are no laws requiring mask wearing. They are mandates\suggestions. People are cowards and let these mask nazis scare and bully them into compliance. Gawd people are gullible and why everyone is still wearing stupid masks. Fear of getting into an argument is a powerful motivator for this cucked generation. Stand up for yourself and refuse to wear them (politely.) People don't get arrested for not masking, they get arrested for flipping out\making a scene.
So your plan is what? "Just be like me!"?
What has that gotten us so far?
I don't know where you live but that might be what is making the difference here. I'm talking to people in places where the mask mob has taken over. If you can't sympathize with that or aren't aware of it then maybe you shouldn't be chiming in on this conversation because it doesn't apply to you.
All you have to say is “I am unable to wear a mask safely. Thank you for understanding.” and keep walking. They cannot ask you what your disability is, and even if you have no disab, your statement is still true bc they are unsafe for everyone.
If anyone pushes it, get their name and then ask them to call corp hq right there on the spot. 9x outta 10 they back down.
People don't know what they are and aren't allowed to ask you. And it's not like if they do and you call the cops anything will happen. It's not your job to educate each clerk that accosts you. Just take the fight straight to the owners by fucking with their systems and it works out just fine.
The problem with that is these stores aren’t making the masks required decisions at their level. The signs all say according to the governors mandate face coverings are required. For my state that’s Emperor Cuomo. So we can do that all day at our local grocery stores but the mandate isn’t coming from their management.
That's correct. A better move would be to start a recall petition for any governor putting a statewide mandate in place.
They've rigged the elections this is pointless. The grocery stores themselves enforce these edicts. Make it suck for them and it will stop.
Not if they're afraid of being fined by the local or state government.
The businesses around here are more worried about getting a $1500 fine for not enforcing mask mandates. I know of two small businesses that it happened to because someone wasn’t wearing a mask.
Not your problem. Plenty of store owners are starting to stand their ground. Some of them just need you to be their testicles.
VOTER ID
It doesn't matter where it's coming from. At the end of the day it's the stores themselves enforcing the unconstitutional edicts and it's their wallets at stake. Small businesses all over the country have been standing up for themselves (think: gym owner in New Jersey), but now they'll be able to say to the government "fuck you, what choice do I have at this point?"
This is the way, man.
Believe me I want this mask nonsense to end. But the liberals around me wear a mask like a badge of honor. It’s sickening how many people wear them as we go for walks in the woods or along the beach. They look at me without one like I’m diseased. These people love their masks.
I know. But we're talking about changing the behavior of store owners, who are more concerned about their bottom lines. You want this to go on forever?
And also being handed down by their corporatr bosses. I understand getting mad at shitty police for 'just taking orders' but these are just store employees. Most of which, with exception like the earlier trader Jose video, wont even hassle you for being maskless.
I was harassed two weeks ago at 10:30 pm in Utah. We got into it, it escalated, and now I'm facing assault and theft charges (my lawyer says it won't go anywhere but still--most people don't want to face that kind of heat).
Make the store owners suffer to effect change. It's the only way now that our elections are rigged.
Sorry for your hassle but thanks for standing up! I haven't touched one since July. But im in TX which isn't as cucked as the blue states.
I just say “I am unable to wear a mask safely. Thank you for understanding.” and keep walking. They cannot ask what your disability is, and even if you have no disab, your statement is still true bc they are unsafe for everyone.
If anyone pushes it, get their name and then ask them to call corp hq right there on the spot. 9x outta 10 they back down.
People don't know what they are and aren't allowed to ask. You're still going to have to get into it with them.
I would like to end all that.
So what? They can make a statement that it "isn't up to us, but we will help you fight!" and we can join together to fight the state health inspectors who come around. We would love to move to that next level. Each person giving up his superior will be welcomed with open arms. Anyone standing in the way will need to explain themselves to the rest of us why this is okay. And it isn't.
i dig it. but no masks
If you go in without one you draw attention to yourself before you've completed your mission. You risk confrontation, escalation, and that nonsense we saw from the video today.
Go in with a mask and you become a ninja, free to fuck with their systems in a meaningful way.
or ill just order everything online. im so at the fuck them all point
But you're still ordering from them. And the tyrants still win.
Make them hate the edicts. Make it hurt.
I saw a post earlier here about a lady who had a medical exemption from wearing a mask and still got asked to leave. She asked the manager if it was store policy not to honor medical exemptions for masks and she said yes. The lady sent an email to corporate to confirm if that was the policy and corporate said NO, and they WOULD honor her exemption and they will be sending an email to all managers reminding them of the ACTUAL policy. I live in FL so have never worn a mask in the grocery store, and I think your idea is on the right track, but maybe a different spin on it would be to get a based doctor to issue mask exemptions to you and all the people in your group and go in all at the same time armed with the exemptions. Just a thought...
We don't want to have to show our "medical exemption" to store employees to buy milk and eggs. We shouldn't have to do that. it's time to fuck with the system.
In my state you cant be charged or arrested for trespassing unless you remain unlawfully so the store is asking you to leave, which they onviousky can, and you continue to refuse to leave. Officer shows up, you still refuse to leave, cuffs so strike that one off the charges board. Only thing i can see is what, here, we call criminal mischief. If you wete to damage the good, perishables, because of leaving them in the cart for so long but even then.... I dont see a prosecutor taking that up. People leave carts and decide to leave a store all the time. I like the plan though!
Bingo. Fill up your cart. Put the sign on top of it. And leave. You didn't steal. You didn't trespass by coming without a mask. You didn't provoke confrontation. You just quietly made a difference.
Police response is several minutes. It takes a few seconds to leave the packed cart by the counter and walk out.
I like this and would like to add onto it:
Do not wear the same clothes for multiple raids, change before each raid. Take notes of what you wear on each raid so you can avoid wearing the same thing again by accident. This includes any sort of hats, tops, bottoms, shoes, and coats.
Do not wear any uniquely identifiable items on your body, such as jewelry, headphones, purses, backpacks.
Wear sun glasses and baseball caps, or winter caps if you live in a cold area.
If you're a woman, or a dude with long hair, change your hair style between each raid, pin it up, move it side to side, trim it, brade it, etc.
Try to conceal large tattoos or multiple tattoos in the same area on your body.
Do not take ANY modern technology with you, if it has any wireless capabilities, it stays at home. CD player, tape player, Gameboy are fine. Unacceptable: Any phones, smart watches, modern handheld gaming consoles.
Try not to speak much. Avoid saying anything to anyone if possible. Perform your objective and leave.
Do NOT park your vehicle on their property. Park several blocks away. A raid with multiple people should see everyone parking on a different street, different block, in all directions.
Wear sanitary / cleaning gloves, or real gloves if you're in a cold area.
The reasoning for all of this is so that you don't leave any sort of "foot print" or proof that you did this. Parking far away will ensure that they manager can't inspect the outer cameras and give your vehicle information and license information to law enforcement. Wearing gloves will prevent you from leaving finger prints while simultaneously giving the illusion that you're taking Covid more seriously. Not bringing ANY modern technology with you will ensure that law enforcement can't trace your location during the raid. Not wearing the same set of clothes on each raid will ensure that law enforcement can't inspect videos from multiple scenes and identify you. Not wearing headphones, jewelry, backpacks, is self explanatory. Wearing any sort of cap will help disguise your hair.
That i think makes us look like assholes. Everything you said up until the part you wear your mask. In a group, walk in without a mask, shop, get to the counter and if they say they won't ring you up then say ok, no problem, and walk out. No arguing, no fussing. Surgical. Quick, direct. And inconvenience them with a full cart.
The group from the video today tried that. They barely made it inside the store before they were accosted. These people in some parts of our country have become militant about it. This would end that nonsense once and for all.
I guess you are right. It depends how crazy the town is then.
I disagree with this being an effective outlet for change. Best way to change them, is do not spend your dollar there. Large corporate chains do not care about the customers or employees. Support your small local business owners. Their commitment to their community is far stronger than any peaceful protest at a mega chain. Remember, Covid is here to destroy the small independent business owner. Stop buying online. Stop supporting the “middle man” industries. Go to the source of your commodity for purchase. Support each individual American directly as much as possible. Much faster and effective way to create change
Disagree. When everywhere requires masks you don't have other options. Fuck with them or it will never end.
Local meat processors, farmers, local breweries And wineries, or grow your own food. All options that most likely do not require masks. If your looking for a name brand label, then yes, you’ll need to wear a mask, that’s the cost. People are waking up at their own pace, a “mask event” feels like another forceful attempt. As they see our confidence and learn there is little to know consequences for choosing not to wear one, the more they’ll join us. (Easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar)
I want to do this in my city, but until there is a group minimallycompliantmasks.com has fishnet see through masks that no one has said anything about even in Costco. You can completely see through them and give a silent FU to the mandate.
You're still sticking something on your face and that sucks. We want this madness to end. it takes collective action. But nobody will do it if they think they'll get charged (we have families to think about).
This would work.
Very true. I’m in the healthcare field and we all think the masks are dumb unless a covid patient is coughing at us. Unfortunately, every grocery shopping day can’t be an uprising and it isn’t the businesses fault it’s our pos governor’s fault for giving fines to businesses that don’t comply. I really don’t want to bother small businesses, and the teenager store clerk is just enforcing policies set out by the governor.
Unless you can think of a way to make the government officials feel the pain, then this is your only striking point. Bro our elections are rigged by globalists who want you wearing masks what do you think you're going to accomplish by crying to them?
Exactly, flash mob them. At the home box stores you can add, this would have been a sale today if you didn't have stupid mask rules. And leave that in line. $$$ talk
My fiancé and I very recently visited the local WM. We didn't don a mask nor did half of the patrons and there were A LOT of folks there. Everyone, even the masked and employees, went about their business and didn't pay no mind. But the fellow unmasked folks just exchanged nods with us.
You can still be trespassed for disrupting the business.
Not wearing a face mask is not disruptive. It is exercising your right to engage in healthy acctivity (to be free of hypercapnia).
What you are proposing is disruptive. And a bad idea.
I don't think you know what you're talking about. It has to be disruptive. As Q says, "People have to be pushed to the brink before they accept the need to change" (or something like that).
You're literally advocating for doing nothing. Which is what got us here.
Make them feel the pain or keep dealing with it.
Or you just say “no thanks” or even “i am unable to wear a mask safely” and just walk in. Ive been doing that since July and have only been refused entry twice. Once at ACE hardware (AFTER id already done my shopping and was in line to pay—so i waited outside while they rang me up. So silly) and once at Sprouts.
If an employee confronts you, ask to speak with the corp head office. They are legally liable for discrimination at that point and will likely not bother you further.
Just be polite.
You shouldn't have to be polite. I know what you just described has worked for you but that might be due to where you live. I've personally been accosted quite aggressively by clerks at my nearby grocery store even late on a Saturday night. It's time to end this madness collectively.
You can keep doing your thing though. It just won't help anyone else.
Fair point. I guess what matters is that we all need to do SOMETHING. Take a stand. If being polite is not an option, then so be it. This madness will only stop when we ALL refuse to comply.
No. Start where I said. Change happens from the bottom up, not the top down. You create problems at the bottom, the message will make its way up and change will happen. There's no point in complaining to someone without actions. Make it hurt their wallet and they'll listen.
I don't wear a mask anywhere, and I live in NC. I go to the grocery store, I ate in a sit-down restaurant last night, and I went to a doctor's office this morning. No mask anywhere.
Family Dollar wouldn't let me in one time, so I told the head Karen that they would never get a penny of my business ever.
No. It would be better for the 15 people to start their own lemonade stand with no masks and your sign "we support your constitutional rights" .
Or just support shops that respect your constitutional rights - if none exist in your area start your own.
This is a great time to take our country back by reclaiming land ( buy land start a farm ), starting your own business, starting a new app, starting a new OS ( cell phone without Google and without Apple ), starting a new internet provider, starting a new internet, starting new sports leagues, starting a new a free society - get out and reject the system that is trying to enslave you.
Question for OP. When you say store owner are you shopping at a locally owned store, or a chain grocery store. Locally owned are probably conservatives, chain stores ran by manager(s) will just close in that area and set up shop else where, leaving a community to look for food. As far as masks, I go in any store I please without a mask, if they ask me to leave, no problem. Hell I quit shopping at chain stores around me just because they were giving people on here shit. Stand tall and be proud, Show respect, be kool Yolanda be kool. Everyone is watching to see your reaction to/with the mask warriors, your reaction dictates if they will take their mask off with you or next time they go. Most people do not want confrontations ( I don't either, Until necessary). I know there is only one man that has control over me. Wasting food is never a good idea, you may only know this if you've been without it (my experience). We are all here making a difference everyday, small ,large doesn't matter. Just keep moving forward, we will get there.
I think everyone is guilty. I would start with the chains though. My friends and I have been gathering other people for this all day since I posted this. Already got like 6 guys who are down. Won't be hard to find more. Here's what I think the flyer should say:
"Dear business owner. We're sorry it had to come to this but here we are. Kindly replace your mask signs with the following or we will have no choice but to continue with these kinds of actions:
"THIS BUSINESS PROUDLY SUPPORTS THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHT TO BREATHE FREE AND UNOBSTRUCTED. ALL PATRONS ARE WELCOME, WITH OR WITHOUT MASKS. THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH (STORE NAME)."
I'm with you on masks being nonsense and your "Statement" is far. Why don't you go into the store your speaking of possibly your local one and speak to the one running the store. They may be someone you know or your family knows. If this doesn't work or they give you the company policy BS then have a field day I suppose, don't waste food.?
Need to get governors and mayors to remove mask mandates first because that's what's forcing businesses to require masks... if businesses ignore mandates they will be forcibly shut down
Nope. Change doesn't happen from the top, down. It happens from the bottom, up. Your elected officials are bought and paid for by China. You have to bypass them and make the people actually enforcing this shit (businesses themselves) feel the pain.
Any easier way is when confronted tell them you have a medical condition and HIPPA prevents them from further questioning you. They can't touch you after that or they are breaking the law.
People have tried that. The stores are still putting up the signs and still harrassing people. You shouldn't have to say anything at all. This can end this.
So many pussies. Just don't wear one! Stop trying to make things more complicated and grow a pair of balls.
I have a pair of balls, thanks. And I'm now facing theft and assault charges because a store clerk got in my face at 10:30pm on a saturday night in Utah of all places.
Maybe you get a high from confrontation. I know I do. But I have a family to think about. My wife wouldn't talk to me for three days after that incident. I actually want this madness to end. I don't want to keep having to assert myself every time I want a fucking cantaloupe.
I do not wear a mask either...other than a couple minutes between classes when I am out in the hallway...I never wear a mask...I go to Smith's, Costco, Walmart, and Payson Market...Home Depot...etc...and I do not wear a mask...there have abbe a couple of times people have asked me to put something on...but I just say medical condition and keep walking...so far I have not had anyone pursue anything. If someone were to pursue something...I would politely leave the store or location and find what I need somewhere else.
I like your idea...but the issue is most of these stores are really not to blame...in Utah the blame lies with Cox...and Herbert...and the statewide mask mandate. I am not certain I feel comfortable bringing potential financial harm to a business that may feel they do not have control over what the government mandates. I have thought about confronting my Principal at my school but realize that even the school district has no say so...the Utah government made the unconstitutional rules but the districts are forced to abide by them.
I like your idea about grouping together, but rather than getting perishables...and leaving the carts at the front of the store with demands...just go into the store 15-20 people deep without a face diaper...you know you are not endangering anyone's health...and if enough people refuse to comply they can't and wont stop everyone.
There is a video of roughly 20 people trying this posted on the front page, they were met with massive confrontation and violence. It doesn't work the way you think it does in a lot of places.
We're better off making quiet demands. Suddenly the store workers look up and see 20-50 full carts with nobody behind them all with signs saying "take down your mask signs or else this will continue" believe me that things will change in a hurry.
Dont even need a group of people...just do it all mission impossible style
It needs to be enough people that it matters. One cart of groceries is easy to restock. 10-20, not so much.
Still a pain in the ass
I have never worn a mask in the store and I see about 15% of others doing the same.
Edit: I think there are enough non mask wearers to reassure everybody that it’s ok not to wear one. Most people are just pussies and are literally afraid “of somebody saying something to them,” and that’s it
I just dont wear one. Havent all year. When they ask me to put a mask on i politely say "no thank you" and keep walking.
If they are persistent, then i make sure to let the owner know that i will never shop there again.
Currently there are enough based stores and restaurants near me for everything i need.
Neat. For some the problem is bigger, and the enforcers, more aggressive. If this doesn't apply to you great.
They only seem to pull that bs on woman and older people. My wife had someone say some dumb shit to her at the store once when she was by herself, but never when we're together.
But we are all a beacon of influence whether we recognize it or not. I've had people take their masks off after seeing me without one multiple times. No one wants to wear them. Only a very select few idiots blindly follow.Or seen people at the gas pumps with a mask in their hand checking out the area, see my inside without one, and put it in their pocket.
We have to be unified with our response.
I think what's great about this method is it doesn't require a lot of us to do it. Just grab a group of your friends and a few of theirs in a given area and go hit a few grocery stores a few times a week until they comply. You don't even have to stop shopping there for your normal shit. You just make them dedicate time and resources to fixing an annoying problem that will all go away if they just switch the signs out on their store that says they support the basic human right to breathe freely and that all patrons are welcome with or without masks.
Simple and easy.
That is passive aggressive not only toward the business but toward the employees. If you believe in your cause, you should be willing to pay the price for that cause. The cause is freedom from masks. You're proving nothing by wearing masks and saying you're protesting but actually being submissive in your passive aggressive actions. Take off the mask. Shop in groups. Make them make the decision not to serve you. Then your passive aggressive action gives them a few alternatives: 1) don't cash you out and have to do with the food whatever they have to do; 2) cash you out and thus meet your demands and empower others who may be hiding behind the submissive mask to do the same thing; or 3) they may call the police. There isn't a law that says one must wear a mask, and check your state. Most state laws, but maybe not all, require one trespass warning before you are charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Just keep sending new people. Let the maskless movement grow. Let them know you won't back down. Keep adding newcomers. I live in Florida, and I Thank God for that fact every day, but we are still dealing with some pockets of submissive militants who demand masks. We just ignore them. I have the joyful freedom of going out to breakfast to our favorite diner where inside, people sit without masks, the waitresses are maskless, and you would never know COVID existed if you didn't walk outside of there establishment.
It is the way to do it. They're the only ones who can make a difference. They have to be able to look at the government and say "I have no other choice. I'll go out of business otherwise."
Thinking you can change this by making threats to the political establishment that's bought and paid for by communist China is asinine. It starts at the bottom.
At this point I don’t think governments care if someone goes out of business.
They probably don't, but they can only enforce so much. The more stores say "fuck off" the less they can do. We need to start forcing stores to tell them to fuck off.
The business owners don’t need to enforce, they choose to. Small businesses have been purged and we’re supposed TO CARE about these mega corps? Be loud n proud or mask up.
