Reminds me of that announcement, by SPP, that 17 states were going to have rolling blackouts this past week. When I looked it up and saw the map, could not find a list, I could only count as many as 15, not 17.

Someone pointed out that the guy on the right is sort of standing to one side. There is extra distance. Notice they have different uniforms as well.
