Do you think maybe Joe is faking dementia?? For the purpose of getting out of any normal procedures of presidency? Or for people to feel bad for him and excuse his 1,000 executive orders, or for not meeting with national leaders? Or even for making a body doubles job easier and more believable? I've been thinking for a while now that maybe he is such a fraudulent person he faked his own disease, just like he admitted he would...thoughts?

Let’s imagine a scenario. Some old acquaintance of Biden walks up to him and starts to talk to him. Biden then has an excuse for why the man behind the mask has no clue who he is, because he feigns dementia. It’s a plausible motive at least.
They recorded Biden a week ago talking about vaccinating a record # of 300 ppl twice. Why on a recorded video wouldn't they do it over till they get it right. We are being deep faked so they have an excuse to bring in Kamala!

If he is fake the dementia is an act why else would they parade it. They want ppl to believe he has dementia so they can switch him out quick and ppl can justify why.
Yeah, sure. Why not? You want to compare photos across decades of time difference and with differing facial expressions? Get real. People change with time. Hell, I look different from myself of years ago, and I'm ME.

Others have commented that the earlobes may be a sign of facial cosmetic surgery, which reputedly he has had. Eye color depends on lighting, the spectrum of the light, and maybe even whether he is taking drugs. Dilated pupils will bias the distant appearance toward a seemingly darker color. His medical condition could also effect slight changes in appearance.
The practical matter is that the Joe we see is consistent with the Joe we expect to see: aged, infirm, erratic, and venal. The evidence for a double is mostly at the level of a Rorschach blot: a figment of our perception.

The JB in the basement during the campaign clearly had dementia. The dementia shuffle, a walk with shuffling feet, is a good flag for dementia. So too was his inability to read from a script and not repeat the stage directions or what someone is saying in his ear. Yet the JB that is parading around now at times, seems more capable and I assume a double or someone in a mask. True dementia would be hard to fake because of so many subtle nuances that indicate it.
I have wondered it as well. He's the actor in a role being used for a later 'we all knew he had dementia' as an excuse for him to 'die' or be finally deemed unable to serve as president.
