The china virus vaccines all come in multi-dose vials. Nobody is saying to reuse needles or syringes. Each dose is drawn with a new, sterile syringe and needle from the multi-dose vial, using an aseptic technique. There is almost always left over doses during a clinic unless everyone shows up, is eligible to receive the vaccine, and they schedule the exact number of people to cover the exact amount of doses on hand. They are saying that those doses need to be given to someone and not wasted.
This wouldn't have been an issue if the manufactures would have issued single dose vials. But that would have taken a greater amount of time in manufacturing and created a greater logistical nightmare than there already was due to the deep cold storage requirements for the Pfizer vaccine.
This is framed poorly. It's telling them not to dispose of unused vaccines that reach their expiration time. Basically saying it's okay to do what a doctor in Texas was fired for by using the unclaimed ones on people he could find.

Read an article that suggested that because of the shape of the vial they weren't able to extract all of the vaccine. Apparently a special needle can be purchased to do this.

Full disclosure: I was working at a medical university hospital and doing the china virus vaccines.—The pfizer china virus scam vaccine comes in five dose vials. Sometimes at the end of a clinic time there is, for example, two patients left to vaccinate, so you would need to open another viral and draw two doses. That leaves three doses left in the vial that will expire in 6 hours per the manufacture guidelines. More often then not, the people running the vaccine clinic would scour the area to find three more people to give those doses to so they don’t go to waste.
Some (most people) lack common sense and wouldn’t just find three sheeple/suckers who wanted the vaccine so they wasted them. Most likely because of an authoritative government that threatened to fine or otherwise punish someone for giving a vaccine to a sucker who wasn’t on the approved list at that time. So I’ve worked in a doctors office before and while the doctor never vaccinated anyone (he’s a specialist so he doesn’t deal with stuff like that) he would inject patients with Kenalog, which is the stuff doctors give you before surgery to make you really chill lol. He would use one vial of the stuff on 2 or more patients (depending on how much each patient wants or needs). It’s fine to finish off the vial like that, HOWEVER, if the doctors are reusing syringes and/or using vaccines from the syringe on multiple patients that would definitely not be okay and very unsanitary. If doctors are actually doing that it makes me not want to get the vaccine even more.
I don’t think this is what it says at all. They’re saying after they finish one age group that they’re supposed to vaccinate first what do they do with leftover “doses”. Its most likely not what is left in the syringe, but what is left over in the vial they drew it from. They should be drawing back on the syringe when they inject it to make sure they are not in a vein or artery.
