I heard whenever listening to those frequencies you have to use stereo headphones or it doesn’t work. Sometimes I listen to delta brain waves and shit on YouTube debatable how quality they are but sometimes it feels like they put me in another world of conscious.

Weird thing I noticed about the 528 tone is it appears to be "everywhere" like it is tuned to the distance between the ears so you get no directional sense from it.
most tones or sounds you can perceive the direction of the sound due to the slight delay between receipt into each ear. If the sound is dead ahead or behind you receive the sound simultaneously, anywhere else and there is a delta which resolves as a directional sense. doesn't happen with 528 and maybe other frequencies. Ive ordered a 528 tuning fork to experiment with it (previously used a speaker and tone gen)
