This is crazy!! I'm sitting at the school waiting to drop off kids and from the back of the bus I hear some young men talking about hating Bidin & missing TRUMP!....Now I'm not one to squash free speech and it was a civil conversation so I just decided to let it go on and share with you all that all is not lost with our youth!! Praise the Lord.

Yes! I believe that a much larger majority of kids than we think are conservative, and they know they habe to repress it at school because of the teachers.
My daughter (in high school) told me about a new kid who moved in, and the first chance he got when the teacher left the room for a minute, looked around and said "ok, who here is conservative?" And half the class started a spontaneous conversation.

Can confirm, I've been hauling various Trump flags off my truck since way before the "election", and I can think of at least 4 different occasions where kids as young as middle school were waving at me and/or cheering.

How do we know that President Trump didn’t actually win New Jersey? With all the election fraud how would we know? These kids are repeating things they hear at home. How many people still secretly support Trump, but are afraid to admit it? The problem with being a silent majority is we can be deceived into thinking we are a silent minority. If we ever learn the true election results it will trigger a revival in this country!

I am retired after 42 yrs in Elem school. What worries me the most is the "quality" of what the kids today are taught by the younger teachers coming out of colleges today. I'm so embarrassed when I see those interviews of "man/woman on the street" or "college kids on campus" and they are SO ignorant of what should be "general" information!

More and more conservatives and right leaning moderates are starting to pop up in Princeton as well. Along with the younger folk who are just so damn tired of "mask nazis". Spoke to one Princeton student and stated that it was a mistake to go there. She went in for business and all she is getting is a run around with nonsense white guilt courses. Told her to finish up her semester then pull the fuck out. Also to make sure she let her dean know what a crock of shit the university is and she is taking her money elsewhere.
Currently seeding the idea amongst NJ Republicans that the state should stop giving money to Universities and instead funnel it to trade schools.
These kids are wonderful! My son just went back inside b4 I took him to school for his sticker box. He wanted to put Trump stickers on his water bottle.

I have two junior high kids who come to school often with Trump clothing and hats too...they had their yard filled with dozens of signs until February lol...since they are my first ones on the bus for that run I always elbow bump them (have to..rules tou know) instead of high 5's...they are based! So are mom n dad lol...I have great kids..

Northeastern NJ is the slag. Western NJ and central NJ overall are pretty fucking based. I lived all around NJ for a while and the difference between the regions is night and day.
Really out west you have the hunting and fishing "redneck" types that even speak with a southern drawl.
South NJ has a yearly rodeo.
Very diverse state for such a small place.
It's the I95 corridor between Philly and NYC. If you peel that out like de-veining a shrimp then you have a red state.

I'm happy to hear, but not that surprised. There's been LOADS of support for the President where I live in NJ (Northwest corner), and it wouldn't shock me to discover that NJ would flip as well in the absence of corruption.
The opposite happen to my son pre covid 19, at his school they did some sort of project maybe about politics I don't know. But his class was basically ask who they liked better Killary or Trump and My son said Trump, him and another boy. Needless to say they were the only ones and the other kids let em know about it, didn't faze my son he could care less what other kids think he's always been that way. This was at the height of orange Man bad.

Its spreading too...I've red pulled a few coworkers but the majority are beyond that at this time....I'll be there though when, and if, they wake but for now they are lost...sad but true. The kids though... amazing!!

LOL I was in 7th grade when JFK ran for Pres. against Nixon. We used to sing out loud at recess.."Nixon, Nixon, he's our man, he's our man for the garbage can!". LOL BUT it was a catholic school...so...and Kennedy would be the 1st catholic Pres. We also had nuns!

LOL you sure had to have a "healthy" fear of them. I was a "rule follower" and shy, so I didn't get into too much trouble. But, boy oh boy, some of the boys sure gave "sister" a run for her money!
I believe the numbers Sidney has showing the "accurate" vote still showed this God forsaken place blue....I'm not here by choice btw but northern nj ruins it for everyone..

Don't be afraid to affirm these kids. They will never forget it. So many adults and teachers in their lives ABSOLUTELY try to influence them to be liberal sheep zombies, and don't try to hide it.
I spent my main career as a social worker at DHS working with both adults and children throughout children's services...I was a foster home for over a decade and had a mini farm which many children had never experienced that life...most loved it! I even adopted one. Driving a school bus seemed like a natural progression for me. I am a positive, stable influence, guided by Gods Wisdom in dealing with everyone. I have some kids who say they actually like school better because I'm there, every day, for them...
We have music monday, hump day helpers and friday prize day! I spend time with these kids every day and they know they can always count on me no matter what. I encourage kindness towards each other, thinking through problems and coming up with solutions and just plain take an interest in them. I'm happy to see them everyday and always cheerful! God has said to take care of the children and I have taken this literally my entire life. I am blessed, and they are loved, even if for some of them, it's just on the bus to and from school.
My own 2 kids LOVED their bus drivers when they were in school.
We truly love your kids as well...I couldn't have a more rewarding and fulfilling job that I want to be at every day...thank you, many look at us as just driving a bus, but we also build confidence, bring reassurance and understand the responsibilities of protecting and nurturing these young people...

You mentioned about, you drivers, bring reassurance to your kiddos . That's more true than you know. The drivers get to know the kids and that in turn provides a sense of safety for them. Just as you learn the kids, they learn to put trust in you all. Thanks for what you do. I was in the classroom 42 years, and I couldn't do what you all do!!
Great news, OP! Thanks for sharing that not everything is lost on our youth! I have 2 granddaughters who detest having to wear masks in school, but love that they get to actually go to school and see their friends and teachers.
Please tell them they wont have much longer to deal with them...I just posted a message I was given nearly 2 months ago but had to wait to post . If you have time, read it. It was given for all of you to have knowledge of Gods plan and timing..
