Surely it would be better just to devote those hours to a charity.
I'm struggling with how being a digital soldier is any different to playing a video game where you get to be the hero.

Scott Adams points out that an organization must be devoted to its bottom line and tasks that are not more than one step removed from it. Some forum drama is too far removed from the bottom line, but Q indicates that the task of research and other digital tasks are close enough to his bottom line as to direct us to do it as a commission. The more information we uncover and present about who has abused children and the more people know about this, the less the abusers have free rein to continue their work. Someday the Lord will tell you how many children are being saved directly or indirectly in relation to this post.
All the same, it's necessary for us to have "real-life" missions as well, even though Q did not say to the masses to go network with and volunteer at an anti-trafficking ministry, as some of us have. He does say that those doing so are the frontline workers who need our support, and I might get to emphasize that in a post in the next 24 hours.
